It is just that if Reista is in the novel, she will dominate attention and development from the other girls of Team Scarlet, just like most of her prior appearances.

You can say it's either of the two things: 1. Kamito is ready to be adopted by them since they knew that he was an orphan and 2. As Rinslet's future husband (I think that the 1st one is more plausible)
