Wow, the story suddenly gets real deep. That glimpse of Mob's past gives the reason he's afraid of his abilities. It's good to have him knock some sense to Teru.
And it's also nice to see his explosion can restore stuff, too. RIP, Dimple. Or not?

Haha this escalated so quickly. Teru, from a very good looking guy became an ugly old man in the end of the episode. Mob's dullness is indeed destructive.
I kinda agreed with dimple about all the cool advice that Mob was talking was ruined the moment it showed Reigen's face. It was a completely lost for Teru and he knew it and accepted it when he saw that Mob has Body improvement clubs worrying about him while Teru himself got abandoned by his comrades. Now i know that 100% Mob is not necessary a rage mode. It could be any emotions outburst. I wonder whether there is 100% happy mode? The sadness mode was rather overpowered as it had enough power to restore things to original states. Judges from the preview, it seems that Ritsu is going bad due to the jealousy for his brother. And i don't believe Dimple is gone for good. He is probably will come back in bs way. |

This. That was so badass and a really nice touch to that moment in particular! Plus, Bones proving once again why they currently are my favorite studio for action animes. Trully spectacular!
I also really liked when Mob's brother was watching the news and remembered Mob's darkness in the past! The debris flowing to the skies was such a cool scene! |

This week's episode was interesting. Not much action but the focus on Tenga (RIP perfect attendance record) and Ritsu. Speaking of which, that cliffhanger should be an interesting follow-up for next time.
And lol, the Telepathy Club just never seems to give up, do they? Always looking for new members still...

Like i said before, the guys in the muscle club are good. They respect Mob's choices to stay quiet and they are defending him and not taking advantage. At the same time they aren't treating him any different than before knowing of his super abilities.
I skipped the entire beginning with Reigen and the have nothing to complain about in this episode. |

Oh ho, Mob's little brother does have powers after all. And not shitty ones like the guys from that lab. Curious to find out where his character arc will lead him. Right now, he's in a pretty bad spot.
Meanwhile, Mob caught sight of a scary esper, which I'm guessing will be a future villain. It was wise of him to pretend he was mistaken.

Episode 6
Reigan, despite being a bastard and scum who can't stop ripping off money from people and being here seemingly for comedy only (lol him contacting the dead), does say some surprisingly good things to Mob. He tells Mob not to suppress his powers but to control them because he has talent. His powers aren't bad, it all depends on how you use them. His powers have helped out people so he should look at the positive side rather than the negatives. If he can control his powers properly, he may be able to stop his powers from hurting people. Ritsu and Shigeo are jealous of each other. They believe the other is special while they are not. Ritsu tries to not be in the spotlight despite having all the talents in the world and Shigeo desires to be in the spotlight despite not having anything special (that's what he thinks though). Both are looking down on themselves and underestimate their own abilities because they believe that their abilities and talents are nothing compared to what their brother has. They aren't looking at the positives they have themselves. They can do a lot of things but they're only thinking about how to become more like the other. And when Ritsu was told off by someone that he should stop trying to become like his brother and when the student council president tells him that they're getting praise even though they're not really deserving, Ritsu unleashes his dark side and professionally frames Onigawara for a crime he did not commit. I really felt sorry for him. And he was changing too at that. Those "psychic" kids were hilarious though. Lol how that guy bent the spoon. And then the two brothers had that useless ability to communicate with each other even though mobile phones have already been invented lol. And then that girl had the ability to make good guesses more frequently than others lol. They were pretty useless kids lol. And Ritsu joins them to bring out his own psychic powers. And I'm not sure whether it was that man's doing or not, but Ritsu now has psychic powers and may be as strong as Shigeo. He could possibly be possessed by something just like Shigeo is. And thanks to that, he can see Dimple who is back for whatever reason. And now since Ritsu has what he wants, his life is complete and now he may try to become less like his brother and the psychic powers may start getting to his head like Teru. The next episode preview tells that Ritsu will be doing stuff with Dimple. Dimple may just have found Shigeo's replacement as Ritsu may be willing to use his psychic abilities. He would probably later on come to know why Shigeo doesn't use his powers and that psychic powers aren't everything or something. |

I don't remember any of the Reigen haters say anything against him being a con man, but he is just not funny. I personally never had to deal with any con man before, at least directly, but i guess any banker would be considered a con man. What you consider funny is going to be different from me of course.
It just reminds me of a stand up comedian who is trying really hard to be funny, but is just not working. All you're thinking is "please man, just stop". Oh well, I still enjoy the show for Mob and his family and friends. |
