Yes, it's possible, but it would require one hell of a photoshop job to edit Gaia out and make Impulse the same size in every single frame...ask agrippa or Sanjuronord if they are up to the challenge.

I'll take a look at it later, but it's going to depend on how many frames it'll require me to edit. I'm behind in a lot of my school work and don't have a lot of time to spare.

I was using that guide and i cant get this scene under 51200 bytes or get it load on any server to serve it. and i dont kno how to make borders ack im such a Gif newb

For the border, in imageready create a new layer above all the others. Switch to the selection mode and tap ctrl+a so you get a selection around your entire image. Then go to edit==>stroke and use a 1 pixel back border on the inside.

To reduce the size in the upper right corner there's a dialog window which says optimize, if you play around with the settings here you can use less colors, more web snap or change the dither to lower the file size.

I did this and made it like this for ya.
