I'd prefer small for Patchy. That suits her. It's not that I care about sizes and stuff and I understand why people like it big, but what I care about is harmony. Size should be emphasize the personality and/or build of a character. You know, when you look at the picture and say "it's perfectly right." With Patchy, little is right, big is not. Or with Sanae, oppai is wrong, loli is wrong, but normal is right. Or with Yukarin, loli Yukari is wrong (but cute if it's intended), but oppai Yukari is good, etc. It's all about the harmony.

Also about the pics: It's good to see some remains of Sasha artwork, as she's being forgotten since the new games came out.

Also: Sanae became even more Extremely Awesome in the new games. I'll help you gather more faith, Sanae~.

That's right. Tenshi also has "Peaches" and "Chiquita Dragonforce" (?) as nickname. Heard recently that someone called Nazrin as "Jerry" (from Tom & Jerry due to being paired with Orin/Chen).

Also, Kizume = Bucket Ranka.

I wonder if Reimu has outstanding nicknames?

not really a nickname but Sanae is being called Bitch by alot of people now cause of her dialog in UFO :X

I thought Sanae was called a Slut or Bitch before UFO, because how she's started to appear in all games since MoF (And I shoot everyone on the head who says that). I think Reimu is more of a bitch in UFO. I mean come on, she's really cold there. With that dialogue she really fell back on my favourite list.

As for Reimu, dunno, Armpit Miko? WakiMiko?

Aya was called Slut previously or "Zun's Girlfriend".

As for Sanae, I like to call her Miko Moses, but that's just me. And she's a Good Girl. But dunno if it's her nickname.
