She's probably had a vision of him saving her which is why she was so happy to finally meet him back in volume 1.

i really dont know how would feel if gakusen decides to RIP a character, on one hand that takes balls, on the other hand i actually care about the supporting cast lol.

one can argue because you care it would serve a greater effect,but at the end of the day no one wants the worst for characters you care about.

i do think it's another strength of this LN in that the threat of death is actually plausible given the nature of this series

Even with main character plot armor I give her 50/50. This feels pretty nice actually, on one hand I really like her and find her too important to the plot to die. On the other hand, it would be quite a shock and open a whole lot of new paths the story can take. Also I don't know remember any ln harem where one of the haremettes dies (and a major one at that), so it would be a mold never before broken.

So looks like the second arc might be over in vol 10. In that case the anime might cover 10 volumes instead of 5. If the anime will only cover 5 (or maybe 6) volumes the first volume would be covered in at least 4 episodes. However, the first episode already covered 1/3 of the first volume. If vol 1 ends at Ep 3 then most likely the first cour will cover up to vol 5 which could explain the split cours.

Right? the only other LN i think it's possible is AA35P, which thank god doesn't air the same day as gakusen. we dont more comparison shitposts

Mmm... is possible, I think. All things considered gakusen volumes are quite short event wise, and anime is naturally faster. It may be a bit difficult to catch with all the terminology that would go unexplained but they prepared a quite big glossary in their page and the director did something similar with kyoukai senjou no horizon. Well, he actually made a good adaptation of that behemoth so it may happen again.

why would you say that? i think the anime will end on volume 5. Season 1 vol.1-3, S2 vol. 4-5. On the first trailer i think that shows that it will only cover 5 volumes which end the first arc. (5 volumes per arc)

Yep, that's what happened. Claudia inherited Pandora when she was a kid and literally experienced dreams where everyone she knows in the present and future has killed her at least once with the exception of Ayato. Ayato is the only person in her dreams that never took her life. This + the prolonged experience of getting killed in her dream lead to her "wish"

Yabuki's a shadow star; he is tasked with slowing down/taking out Ayato as the shadow stars are providing support to the group tasked with assassinating Claudia. It is kinda hinted that he didn't go all out on Ayato and provided information on defeat.
