I voted for Ed, Scar, Van Hoenheim, and Greed.
Ed because he's Ed.
Scar because he's an awesome character, and I always sympathized with his cause..... even condoning most of his vendetta. I always wondered why he wasn't that popular. A silent renegade assassin..... I mean, how cool is that?
Van Hoenheim because I always like the 'transcended' wild card characters - the guys that are old and experienced and are generally more powerful than the main cast (like Hiko Seijuro in Rurouni Kenshin and Silvers Rayleigh in One Piece, and other gangster old heads).
Greed because he was the only homunculus who did his own thing. He was the only one that rebelled against Father and was his own man, which I always thought was really cool.
