This is once again a fairly vague description, so bear with me.. I'm looking for an anime which is set in mars(? i believe), and one of the main characters is a woman ( or atleast a man who looks very womanly). its an action show, and one of the villains is a guy whos covered in some sort of armor and wears a mask, and when i say mask, if i remember correctly something similiar to what cyclops from x-men wears. sorry again for the vague description.. also, if it helps, it used to be shown on animax-sa a few years back english dubbed.

This reminds me of the studio who did Martin Mystery and Totally Spies, two shows produced by the company Marathon Production in Paris
It reminds me a lot of their style only then with a better budget
