I remember in FinalFantasy7 Nanaki AKA RedXIII Bugen Haggen called him young though he's already in his 40's++ age.

So probably it's really in cat years and not human. So meaning she's really 17 years old but in cat years. So she's feeling she's only 7 years old in that get up lol.

Cocoa has so much potential its scary and im not talking about how her bust size will grow when shes older. When her eyes went all vampire like it was HAWT. Yukari, Cocoa Boob grabbing amazement made this chapter all the more worth it.

Also she's a weapon user. She has more potential than Moka. To bad she's younger, not unless she's like Broly in DB who has untapped powers which can grow immensely.

I wonder how they spell her name is it with a K or a C? either way Kokoa/Cocoa cant be the only weapon user. Moka has been training with her so she could also be a weapon user just that she probably doesnt want to as she see everyone as beneath her.

The reason for her using weapons could be as easy as that: the author doesn't want a second Moka regarding fighting style and thus making her more individual from Moka which is part of Cocoas issue with her anyway.
