That's the only page of that one that was up on Pixiv. Technically there were two but the second was just an uncolored, lines-only version of the first.

Further research indicates that the reason that there's only one page is that the rest of the doujin is NSFW.

On that note, the translation for issues 1-4 has been online for a while, but I have never seen an English typeset version. Since you cannot really save translations from Danbooru, I wonder if there would be a chance of a group creating one...

Spoiler for Foreword: Foreword Nice to meet you, or should I say, long time no see. I am (something something)'s ke-hiro. This Kyonko doujin has already entered the fifth volume... and we have changed the style of the story to more of a serial comic.... The contents this time is really rare for our group, a direct continuation of Taida 4. Even though this was drawn with the idea of being able to enjoy it without reading the former volume, I wonder how it feels to read it... Well, it should be no problem because it's funny! But it's still quite long... Normally we only draw about 30 pages or so, but this time there's 40 pages! 40 pages! My right arm is still cramping from vigorously making this volume. Because of a constant lack of sleep and the deadline approaching, I wrote this foreword quickly, so it should quite a fragmented piece of writing...fufufu Oh, and even though I haven't especially mentioned this before, my comics are usuallly split into parts spanning about 1-2 pages each. (My?) web comics are also drawn in this style. Sometimes I want to draw a longer manga... And I still haven't spoken about Kyonko! Kyonko is just so cute! But then I think Itsuko is also cute, and whenever she comes the whole manga suddenly becomes interesting. And so there's one hour left before the deadline. Just in time. Spoiler for Page 4- someone type this up!: (Above panel 1) Previously... Panel 1- Haruhi: Let's do a maid cafe in the North High Festival!! Kyonko: ?! Box: Because of Haruhi's desires, we have returned to the time of the North High Festival where we are doing a maid cafe. Panel 2: Haruhi- bubble 1: I..I.. bubble 2: REALLY don't want to see you in a animal ears maid costume! Kyonko: Even if you use such a proud tone, I'm not going to! Panel 3: Haruhi: Well then my home is this way! Kyonko: Wait! Box: If we don't achieve Haruhi's wishes then we will fall into another endless loop or something like that. Panel 4: Kyonko: Well, Haruhi isn't asking for a lot this time... (above Kyonko's head): yare yare Panel 5: Kyonko: Since this is something only HARUHI wants to do.
