There's a good reason 'young doctor' is often described being described as around 25 years old. Give or take. Even assuming 4 years college and 2 year in-site practice, we have roughly 23-24 years old 'talented' doctor.

@ Senpai - Think the IS somehow affected some careers?
@ Treme - Nobody commented on his looks. They just like that: 1. He was an ax crazy monster in his debut. 2. That he's more interesting than Touma, who's a copy pasted Shone hero. Fans also love the fact that he kills people rather than make a speech and punch them in the face every time.

Maybe, considering my limited scope of education, I'd say they did, but to what extent I don't know. For example, they affect industries and engineering, with I.S. centered development for the super-corporations and military.

opposite, advanced tech becomes a must for doctors to learn. This increases price of services rendered until a time it becomes common enough to become low cost. Generally it would become a reason to increase a doctor's pay as technical knowledge becomes added to their curriculum of studies. Meaning you just added problems to their lives.
