So apparently chapter 33 is going to be the last chapter. Guess it was axed.

That’s a real shame. I really liked this series and was looking forward to where it would go. Be nice if someone found a way for authors to finish their work even if the publisher doesn’t want it anymore. I know I’d buy this series

The author has hyperthyroidism, which I suspect is the reason the series is ending.

Spoiler for I was so looking forward to:: Seeing Hijiri, the closed eye guy, be exposed for manipulating people. And seeing the principle get some form of redemption. I'm pretty sure her harsh treatment towards Kaito had made her quite unpopular with the readers.
