Actually, it isn't her really not having a remote chance of getting in, because she actually does. It's just that she has virtually 0% of obtaining .500 after the preliminaries since Rika, Rena, AND Hanyuu are in ISML as lock-ins, and all three trump Satoko in every way possible.

Wontaek has convinced me to nominate Satoko. That, and other things like Misuzu and Makoto receiving so many nominations that I'm willing to take a chance that they will get in without my help. With them gone, it was a pleasure to bring back Shiori. But I haven't seen anybody nominate Shiori yet so I'll have to try to give her a high score. Unfortunately, I like Satoko and Vita more.

10 Misuzu Kamio (Air)
-my Number One girl in terms of moe and character (though Ayu is in a virtual tie with her ). She's such a brave girl... *snif!*

08 Makoto Sawatari (Kanon)
-because dammit, she needs to be in. Her arc is probably the most memorable in the entire show...

06 Rakka (Haibane Renmei)
-a very underrated character, almost Akari-like in sweetness and optimism, though with a leeetle bit more angst

05 Chihiro Shindou (ef - a tale of memories)
-her story in season 1 of ef captured my heart Let's not have any eyepatch-girl discrimination here!

04 Yuuko Amamiya (ef - a tale of melodies)
-my favorite ef girl (even in season 1), her story is finally revealed in melodies and man, it was stunningly depicted

03 Manami (Manabi) Amamiya (Manabi Straight!)
-I was torn between nominating Mika Inamori and Manabi, since in moeness Mika has a slight edge, I think. But Manami won out due to story-centric reasons, even though Manabi Straight! is almost as much Mika's story as it is Manami's. SO HARD!
Anyway, I doubt that either will get much support; it was the principle of the thing anyway

02 Minori Kusheida (Toradora)
-I gave Minorin a couple of points because I'm hoping that she'll get many nominations due to Toradora's recent vintage, and also I wanted to be sure that if she doesn't get in that at least I gave her support. I'd be really regretful if I hadn't done that and she missed the cut Just seeing her walking in the OP and ED makes me smile

01 Shinku (Rozen Maiden)
-a necessary vote for the Rose Princess, not only because of her subtle moe, but also because she is significant with regard to initiating my interest in anime. Plus, I just love her

And I can't even list all the girls that I didn't nominate due to expecting to be the only one nominating them (and thus they wouldn't get in, wasting a slot)... and the others that I didn't bother nominating because I felt that others will do the job for me (Taiga, Index, Nagi etc)...

8: Murasaki Kuhouin (Kure-nai) - In general, I'm not one to find kids cute, but I can make an exception for Murasaki.
6: Iriya Kana (Iriya no Sora, UFO no Natsu) - Complete underdog, but I love Iriya's story too much not to nominate her.
5: Chihiro Shindou (EF: A Tale of Memories) - Like Iriya, I love her story.
4: Matsuri Shihou (Sola) - This nomination power by zettai ryouki and Noto Mamiko. Enough said.
3: Aoi Oribe (Myself;Yourself) - Glasses wearing bibliophile. Unlike most, I actually found her voice more cute than annoying.
2: Kou (Wagaya no Oinari-sama) - single handedly responsible for giving me a miko fetish.
1: Yuuko Amimiya (EF: A Tale of Melodies) - Absolutely gut wrenching storyline and a nice hat.

I wanted to nominate Vita (Nanoha) and Makoto (Kanon) as well, but I ran out of spaces. I'm just hoping I didn't miss anyone I really really like.

A lot of people (here at least) are not nominating or giving a small amount of points to characters that shold already be nominated by many people (in a way I did it too). I wonder how it may affect the final result.

For me... i didnt believe my fav chara that i want enter ISML like Yuuhi , Mikoto and Tsugumi easily nominated by many people...
So i go all out... especially promote/campaign people to nominate Yuuhi...
Anyway at least i get 5 people nominate Yuuhi in 10 points...
