I'm mostly surprised at how they managed to get a Japanese voice synthesizing program to sound like it's speaking English. It's still pretty hard to make out but what they're completely saying but it's definitely English.

Original joke went something like this.

A Biology teacher is teaching the days lesson, which was on sex and stuff like that. The teacher mentioned how sperm is 80% glucolse (sugar) (or something like that) whereupon a girl asks out loud, "How come it tastes so salty then?" She turns beet red and runs from the room. Just as she makes it to the door, the teacher replies "Because the sweetness tastebuds are on the tip of your tounge, not the back of your throat."

Though the real reason is actually because glucose =/= sucrose. The latter of which is the compound in sweet table sugar.
