I know you all said that lelouch died and the director/story writer wrote in a magazine in japan, but i have a couple of questions.

1. Couldn't lelouch just fake his death and be with C.C?

2. If jerimiah knew the plan (which he did, when he smiled and retreated) why did he allow lelouch to die?

Errr... in theory?
Yes, he could have - he's a genius, after all.
But he's not a hypocrite.
If he survived, then he certainly didn't plan on it.
And yes, Lelouch vi Britannia's death has been confirmed. But you're still free to interpret the ending any way you want to, if that's your wish.

But that's a topic that always leads to people going for each other's throat, so let's leave it at that. ;P

Because Jeremiah, in my opinion, is not only loyal to his emperor but also to his emperor's goals.
Lelouch wanted to die, so he got his wish. Jeremiah was fine with that.

And what about their parents? Wouldn't they notice if their children just disappeared for a few days?

All the other students except for the student council were shipped back to Britannia, thus he really only needed to Geass those members.

Question: In wikipedia they mention an article on Lelouch's wiki page that he's officialy dead, and they have a link to a magazine where Lelouch's name is on the death list. Since I can't read Japanese, I can only rely on the wiki article that says Lelouch vi Britannia is dead, on the other hand, does not mention that Lelouch Lamperouge is dead. Now, am I really that bored to make such a weird theory?

Uh...Lamperouge died in Turn 20. The whole identity was another of his masks, anyway.

You're not the first one to come up with that theory, and even though quite a few people will start throwing rocks at you for it, feel free to believe whatever you want. ;P

Hey, did at any point in the anime did they state how many people have codes? We know C.C's and V.V's(wish we found out how he got his). Couldn't there have been someone else?

Its never been stated that anyone else had Codes other than the Nun, C.C., V.V., and Charles.

it was said by Marianna when she and CC were at the ruins that "They later found out that they needed a pair" meaning a pair of codes so to my thoughts that means that there are only two people with codes. Much like Adam and Eve

sorry to go off the previous post's topic but i was just wondering why lelouch never thought of using jeremiah to allow the use of his geass on people he'd already used it on, since that's what he did to shirley. actually that failed but it was only because she was going to die.

He never needed to so he never did, and in practice it would be a bit difficult to pull off.
