I wouldn't conclude between Zetsu and Konan, not enough info tbh. I mean she did seem to be on the down side of the fight with Jiraiya but it wasn't really finished, just interrupted. And all Zetsu's done is use virus plague puppet attack I think.

Sorry to say but I really disagree with you on that one.. he was one of a kind.. he did his work in a flash.. now I guess I would say weakest member would be ... Konan but I haven't seen her do much so idk still..

Deidara's primary weakness is a big one, he's 100% reliant on an external source, his clay. Take that away from him Konohamaru can beat him.
Funny Scenario: *Naruto snatches away Deidara's Clay bags* Deidara: WHAT?! Naruto: lul, Konohamaru go! Konohamaru: Ok! Deidara: Oh Noes!

I would say that its Konan. Yes, she was Pain's subordinate but her skills and power seemed to lack. The Paper jutsu were quite interesting but it seemed flawed. Also, whie Itachi was quite strong, he was the weakest as his Jutsu drained his life daily making it quite a problem to batte strong opponents (i.e. Sasuke)

First of all, this is a manga thread and well, please donÄt act as if you know something when you forget about Hidan in the first place. Orochimaru isn't even considered a member of Akatsuki. If you count him in, Kakuzu's former team member counts just as much, but I guess you have no valid information on him. I doubt that Konan is stronger than Hidan and I doubt you can even measure their power in generall. Hidan's power, for example, was intense. He was lethally dangerous, even on his own and he only attacked with a regular scythe - no ninjutsu, no genjutsu, no special taijutsu. On the other hand there was Deidara with tremendous fighting power. I think his C4 was at least as strong as Pain's Shinra Tensei. Itachi had few chakra and could not destroy a whole city in one blow, but he was one of the most powerful in Akatsuki.
I think that you can't put them into order in a simple list. They are too different. You can consider one the weakest and that's where the story ends.

Konan is massively underrated, she is not weak to water. She is weak to toad oil because it makes her paper stick together. In fact, Pain used water jutsu to get the oil off her. Which proves she isn't weak to water at all. So, her only true weakness is a jutsu used only by Jiraiya as far as we know. She just got screwed over because she never got a proper fight.

She's obviously not weak to water, that was a joke lol
After all shes from the village of the rain where its a downpour constantly. Even when she was training with Jiraiya it was raining and she was still using her paper jutsu. She probably infuses the paper with chakra or something like that |

To me it's simply a matter of how easy it is for paper butterflies to move around in heavy rain. They're gently flapping away, they're not supersonic attacks. It's just more convenient. It might also be that nagato's rain was special in terms of chakra.
