Kotarou!? When was he ever a pervert? He's the only guy in the show that can be considered "cool."

i'd argue that that one is merely because its a workable way to throw them offbalance ... not because there's any perverted in it from his point

Yeah, sure, and what Rakan and Camo did was a workable way of tracking their opponents, they weren't being perverted at all...

Well, tracking dogs find people through their scent, and if the only evidence you have for the dog are a pair of panties, so you give that to the dog and hope it can pick up a scent off of it...No different than what Chamo and Rakan did...

...now, the difference is whether the dog enjoys sniffing the indirect source of the scent, of which Chamo and Rakan obviously enjoy indulging in...

Kotarou really has no intention of fighting her anyway. He does have that thing about hitting girls. Girls like Asuna, Setsuna, Evangeline, and Kaede would be the only (in-group) exceptions, but only as friendly sparring. Tsukiyomi seems to be the only one of Fate's we've seen so far that battles at close range, so maybe they'd fight. But Tsukiyomi's sadistic eyes are only for Setsuna and Asuna.

So what other way can Kotarou take care of his female opponents without physically hurting them? :P I doubt they'd fall to the same stunt that Kotarou pulled on Mei in the school festival.

Regardless, I don't see him as a pervert at all.

Kotarou is just being a little kid in a "haha! I flipped your skirt!" kind of way.

Rakan and Chamo were going "let's flip their skirts and enjoy whats underneath"

Given what Rakan had said about how Negi seems too suited to Magica Erebea, this makes sense. But it seems too easy if that's the case. :P

Hata of AQS said that Fate had powers that seem to cause Negi to disengage his Magia Erebea...what could this probably mean? Completely make Magia INexecutable?

I'm no Nodoka fanboy, but I'm very excited on 228 when she 's about to face Fate for mind-reading.

Fate seemed surprised when Negi's Magia Erebea first started acting up though, I don't understand Japanese but my impression just from looking at it was that Negi just overused it.

ETA: Looks like I was right.

Say my name!

Honestly, Nodoka, getting that close to Fate probably isn't the best idea, if you don't want to get impaled... I think violin girl has already established that mind-reading ain't gonna save you from a fist through the face.

So many fights, so many superpowered Fate-allies. And chapter after chapter, Yue is still "on the way". The reunion is delayed once more, not that Negi has any time to talk at the moment...
