Nico Robin is cool in the evil way. She has hidden story yet to be revealed.
Luffy is cool, too. Although he has simple mind, good luck charm is always by his side.

Soooo hard to pick... I'm going with random guy in the crowd number 13.
I love almost all the characters though but he just kicks ass... you don't see him long but you can just tell.
