Tensei shitara Dainana Ouji Datta node, Kimama ni Majutsu wo Kiwamemasu (I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince so I Can Take My Time Perfecting My Magical Ability) is getting an anime adaptation

Plot Description:

A certain poor magician died too quick in a duel, and he was reincarnated as a child of royalty named Lloyd as he realized it.

Lloyd, who was told by his parents and brothers to live as he likes because he is the seventh prince who has nothing to do with the throne, work hard on the study of magic that he could not be satisfied with until now.

With a lot of time and assets, steady efforts, knowledge of the previous life, and a blessed environment, Lloyd learns magic at a terrifying speed.

…… However, he didn’t try to use that power for combat, and he was passionate about experiments and research, giving priority to his intellectual curiosity to the end.

As a result, the evaluation of those surrounding him becomes preposterous, but …… Lloyd didn’t care about that, and he mastered magic in his own way.

Apparently the anime will be directed by Jin Tamamura (Chivalry of Failed Knight assistant director, The Girl in Twilight) and the studio in charge is Tsumugi Akita Anime Lab, a support animation studio in charge of mostly doing 2nd key animation, in-between animation and paint in a number of recent anime.

This thing became popular because 1. Lloyd is a sexy shota and 2. the fights are great.
Fail either one this is going to bomb.

Well the Teaser does show a part of the training battle from the first Manga chapter, and it does seem smooth and good.

But then again, Teaser are always different from final output.

It got so popular not because of the LN, but the manga.
It is extremely well drawn. It has some of the best fight scenes out there and very colorful too.
The manga also sexualized Lloyd to the extreme with the intention to appeal every shota con out there, and it worked.

This is not Isekai Series.
It's a simple "Reincarnation" Series.
How much gap is there between his Death & Reincarnation is a plot point for a later arc (probably covered in S2 or S3, if we get them).

Well, it's not uncommon for kids before puberty to look Ambiguous (MC is supposed to be 10 years old, while the rest of the cast is older than him).

Plus, MC didn't Breastfeed because of embarrassment of having an adult mind.
Meaning physically, he is probably malnutritioned or undernutritioned.

By his incredibly annoying personality and how he can't wait to hurt that demon to get more information out of him? He is definitely callous in his pursuit of magic and I don't like that kind of personality. So, to me, he's a dick.

Okay, the show is doing everything right so far.
The super sexualized shota MC is super sexualized, and the demographic he is pandering to is on high.
The flashy fight is also done right, as it does look flashy and not cheap.

Just a question if they can hold this up.

I think it is ok to express a feeling without having a reason. It's still better to have an example for making a claim. However, the description feels like the example is from a different show. The demon released by him attempt to kill him. He ends up defeating the demon and the process looks more like a comedy. Another comedy is he is raised by maids. It is probably his mother cannot take care of her many children. So, he has many one-san trying to spoil him. The joke is he doesn't care much about his "harem" because his love for magic.
