I think he means that the anime took what the manga started, but ended up going just a wee bit overboard

im just surprised we're finally at ch40 of de1 manga. im gonna miss waiting 1-2 weeks for the newest chapter and have to settle for the monthly se2 release.

Hence why you find other good series to read during that time... the monthly release is nothing new to me at least, due to 666Satan, and am currently reading other series that are also monthly

the trick is to restrain oneself from reading the trans too early (i.e., if it comes out a day or two after the RAW), as that makes the wait more tolerable, even if it puts you behind everyone else

reading the trans too quickly is what got me on ch. 7... I'm going to wait till at least the middle of June for reading whatever scan comes out for ch. 8

Viz is one manga licensor that's been known to edit their Shonen Jump titles to make things "age appropriate". I'm a bit hesitant on what they'll do with it.

It's under the Shonen Jump Advance line so there should be less editing to them then the regular Shonen Jump titles. Besides there is very little questionable content in this series anyway.

thats wat ive done. lol now im waiting for the new ch on 15 other manga to surface on the net. it only takes me a max of 3 days to catch up on each manga.

To be honest the anime sucked when compared to the manga but it was good in its own unique way and if you have never read the manga and just watched the anime it would turn you away from the manga at lest in my opinion.

Can anyone help me? For my Fan Fic I'm trying to make a OC, but I can't find a good Youkai for him... Technicly I want him to be Fire based, for a twisted relationship between him and Mizore.

I was thinking of making him a Weakish Youko, and having him related to the youko Police guy from the first season.
