Considering how the author has portrayed Ishida's elementary school friends, I'd be more shocked if something sinister wasn't brewing.
I'm still having trouble believing that Ueno hasn't changed much. Aren't they seniors in high school now? Pretty much every bully in my elementary school grew out of it and became more humble and gentle during high school. |

Aside from Uneo being a waste of sperm, where does she get the idea that Ishida is going to date her? I don't see that part? So did the blonde guy do anything to Ishida? or did the boy/girl split just wasn't planned but worked out for uneo? Yea.. I think i'll skip this chapter this week..

@Randrak42 Too bad it has to be that way. The feels is kinda cheapened when everyone is unrealistically insufferable.
@Pesti13nce Ishida and Ueno did talk quite a lot before Shouko came around. She probably had a childhood crush on him and still believe that he is the same as her. If this her scheming, it's possible that Ishida will be kept safe from the line of fire. The guys might try to pressure him into turning against Nagatsuka, but I can't imagine him giving in or being beaten up. |

I have an odd feeling nothing would physically happen to him, i mean to be honest I think that portly kid that follows them around could throw down pretty hard if backed into the corner. Also... i hope nish's little sister just blasts uneo in the mouth.. i'm not one for violence but god damn i'd like to see some throw down. or at least more of a spine for Ishida but to be fair he is making progress in that department, and honestly I think he's going to break when he see's nish crying and NOT in a good way for Uneo.. at least i hope. |

Can't access chapters right now. Is Shouko's sister with them? I forgot.
Also, I think Ueno is just delusional in thinking that Ishida still has that mean streak in him and she wants him to regain that streak of his for a number of reasons. I find it weird that grown up kids still act like this. I sometimes wonder if it would have been better if they meet again as high school kids but without the eyesores that are their "friends". At least from what I've read from the spoilers Shouko isn't insulted or physically assaulted in any way, I would not have been able to handle it. |

Really enjoying them ramping up the romance aspect of the story.
Not sure how I feel about all the old classmates yet. On the one hand, I haven't forgiven them for what they did to the two main characters in the past. On the other hand, they seem to have changed. I haven't seen a genuine apology from any of those parties though so I'm still siding with my belief that they're up to no good and pretty much suck @ life. |

I "kinda" like the way that Uneo is going about showing Ishida that you should not FORCE people to be friends like he is doing. I mean his intentions are great but.. you know they say "The road to hell is paved in good intentions". These are good life lessons for the boy, some people (Uneo) you just can't reach and need to be cut, like a tumor.
