Flash Cry (think that's the name) is just a specialized technique, Yoruichi knows it too, since she invented it if I'm not mistaken.

Also, you can't really rank Soi Fon and Kenpachi anyhow...we already know that Kenpachi is above Tousen+Bankai and probably Konomaru+Bankai. (can't remember how to spell his name worth a damn)

When he went against Luppi, there were no flower petals behind him. At that same fight, he said he had all the water in the atmosphere to fight with, so perhaps the flower petals are a countdown for when he wastes all the water around him, since maybe its formed from the water in the atmosphere?

hitsugaya bankai is very cool you know, but too bad that he hasn't mastered it yet. and every time he goes bankai always has a limit time to used it.

no doubt shes better than hitsugaya... but that was NOT her bankai.
no way someone of her pure awesomeness's bankai would suck that bad. Soifon's bankai is probably so overwhelmingly powerful it knocks you out upon seeing it.

In that case, I'm afraid to know the bankai for Captain Yamamoto, Healer Unoha, Ukitake, Shunsui, and Aizen...their awesomeness will probably blind you for life.

Don't forget Yoruichi's and Urahara's. Yoruichi hasn't even showed us her blade yet and Urahara hinted that his banki was sick.

O, I think I realized bankais which are actually weaker than Hitsugaya's:

The bald dude's bankai. He pulled out bankai at full strength and "barely" won against a non-espada arrancar. Renji's bankai is most likely weaker too, since he had trouble dealing with a non-espada arrancar as well (even though he was not at full strength due to the limits). Whereas Hitsu's bankai easily finished off the strongest numero arrancar after his limits were removed.

Yeah and he got badly hurt right after, and renji beat the one he fought easily too.. and did ikkaku even release his limits?

Well, no cuz Renji himself said that he barely won after he killed the arrancar.
As for ikkaku - he doesn't have a limit placed on him. Limits are only placed on captains and vice captains.

No. Yachiru is Vice-Captain. Ikkaku is 3rd Seat.

Though I can understand why you forgot about Yachiru. She's cute, but she never does anything. We have not once even seen her draw her Zanpakutou.
