So we got some focus on Subete this episode including his background. Cute kid imo and look how much he changed in the present.

Another reference to 12,000 years ago. I really have to wonder what that means on this world ancient Humans can't certainly call rain or a typhoon with what is shown with the Aquarion OVA.

Sougon believes Subete is the Chosen One. Seems his idea is that the Chosen One would reveal the truth of the world and unite everyone.

The whole Internet didn't pan out as Sougon expected hence he wants to destroy words. But as Akira said it isn't about modern culture but Sougon is a lousy communicator.

Just because Akira is the Saviour Subete has chosen the opposite as the Destroyer. With Akira's vector destroyed guess the forbidden vector is the mid-season upgrade.

Calling it now: Subete is Amata, Sougon was Fudo, and angel woman is Mykage wanting revenge. What if Subete and Akira are reincarnations of the same guy? They would both be the chosen saviors! Also this episode confirms this series takes place in 2010 if you do the math.

The mother was a good communicator and she still got destroyed by the government's slandering of her via the internet. Sougon was right but his methods really sucked. For some reason I feel really happy watching Akira get his ass kicked, it was glorious . Looks like Akira is due for some character development via Subete's assertion that he needs a villain in order to be a savior.

Check your math. Hayashi said 22 years ago, explicitly on screen Nesta was founded in 1993. Logos is set in 2015. This not the world of Aquarion, Aquarion OVA, or Evol.

I doubt even this is the future of Showa era universe in the Evol OVA.
