Hinata is not really a bad girl. just a ruthless tsundere.
She is a realist and will take the most effective path to get her job done. But the main problem is that when she gets on that path or has reached a conclusion about something it's reeeeeeeaaaaally hard to change her mind about it before she considers you a hinderance and cut you in half.

Not a big deal, I think anything extra is really unnecessary as the story wrapped up well.

Ainz would assume that there is an even more powerful mastermind behind Rimuru and Saitama... and hide and plot... while his minions completely misunderstand his intentions.
Rimuru is too pacifistic to attack Saitama or Ainz, and Saitama probably wouldn't care about either of them because there is a sale going on somewhere.
