Need your help on these two. They are for an SOTW on another site, but I have second thoughts about the first one because I don't know if it fits the theme and that's what you are going to help me with. Any other things you find will be helpful.
Neither is AS safe. 1. Final Version 2. 1st version, the text fails. I have to come up with something else there but the overall sig wil stay the same. The theme description is: "Happy, warm, cute etc. Basically a warm color signature. The signature must include at least one warm color and/or a cute render(Pokemon, neko girl, whatever else there is, and it doesn't have to be anime)."

My first thought would be that neither really fits the theme as such. I like the first one a lot more, but the blackness and focus on green doesn't give out a warm feeling - the warm color is essentially lacking.
The second one kind of suffers from the same problem. The color focus seems to be more on blue and that overall shade of green making it rather cold. Maybe changing it towards typical red/orange/yellow warmer colors would make it a lot better. And I agree that the text needs some working (and I'm not a big fan of the current border it, but that's just me).

Some new sigs I wold like some views on.
Following my latest NFS craze. Not the best I've done, but it works. Found a good pick of a sniper girl with a dragunov and just had to do something with it. Might be one of the best I've done. Thanks Hakuryu for linking me these wonderful brushes. This was a request and it turned out pretty good too. Criteria was Karlslander and MG42.../check.

Actually, I didn't think of doing a fading effect for the first one, but as I went along, I realized that with the help of those brushes and some cloning, I could remove some lines interfering with the pic. Then the fadng part came by itself. And the result was better than I anticipated

Small update.
Experimented a bit with the new brushes and came up with this: Also made a banner for the 500th post in Nanoha FFT, as per request. Spoiler for Banner:
And at last, something very strange went on in my head. I grabbed a car render, grabbed one of my smudge brushes, smudged around a bit, added more light, made it more dark in some places and voilá: Spoiler for No idea:
My thought was a landscape with a forest, fog and sun. Some of you might see it, some not. That's the whole idea anyway. More abstract than anything.

I see you used Haku's brushes there eh? It's a nice combination! I'm also digging your "abstract" foggy forest, I can see it and I think you did a pretty awesome job You'll have to do a tut on that sometime!

I could make a tut for it but it's very random how it turns out. I just grabbed a car render, some smudge brushes and went on with it. Btw, I used the same smudge brush as the one I have in my tutorial that I posted in the tutorial section. Use the same setting with another render and you might get some results. Also use, dodge and burn tool to change the brightness of certain areas. Quote:
The Sniper-san sig was because of an image I found while looking for pictures to my Strike Witches character...and since I love snipers...well...
