My favorite is a tie between talonflame and greninja because both have been vicious I mean my wiseglasses greninja has swept or nearly swept a few times and TF became an insta threat.
My question to you guys is what would u rate Pokémon x and y overall as a pokemon game on a grading scale of A-F A being the highest F being the lowest I give it a Low C |

Question for those knowledgeable in using GTS, is there a way to check the nature/abilities of the pokemon on GTS?
I've been wanting to get a Chimchar with Iron Fist, but all offers I have checked want a legendary in return. If I trade a legendary, I want to make sure that the Chimchar I receive is not some breeding reject with Blaze. Also, how does deposit work? I've deposited quite a few pokemon, waited 10-20 minutes or sometimes just left it deposited over the night with 3DS off, does it require you to stay online to receive the pokemon or can you receive it the next time you go onto the GTS?

You can't check nature/abilities on the GTS, so beware of BS lies in those little blurbs people put up.
Since you can't control what you get, when I want something specific, I try and set things up so that only like-minded people will respond. Example: if I want something foreign or with a lot of max IVs, I'll breed a lvl 1 poke with some IVs and set it up for a lvl 1-10 poke in return and put up a blurb asking for the specific region. Often my counterpart is a breeder who is thinking along similar lines. For you, Chimchar/Chimchar trades may work if you give it a few tries. You can request a hidden ability, but I wouldn't bother advertising anything about your own Chimchar because someone desperate might snap it up. Of course, you can bypass all this complicated nonsense if you ask on trusted forums with the right people. Myself, I haven't tried going for a HA Chimchar yet. |

All you have to do is register a Nintendo 2DS, 3DS, or 3DS XL system and one "qualifying game" between March 1 and March 31. You'll need to redeem the X/Y code by March 31, as well. Games that qualify for the offer include Mario Kart 7, Super Mario 3D Land, Animal Crossing: New Leaf, Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D, LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins, and Yoshi's New Island, which hits stores on March 14. I never registered my 3DS XL or copy of Super Mario 3D Land, so I can get a very good game for free! Which one should I get, guys? Which is the better one?

Which is better, X or Y? Ugh.... depends on what you think is most important: unique mega evolution stones, easy access to cover legendary, easy access to version exclusive pokes, etc. I guess it's the version-exclusive mega evolution stones that are hardest to get.

I've not really gone far, actually. I'm at a place called Laverre city, spent most of my time breeding for wonder trading and GTS'ing, so that's as far as my online interactions have been. So if you do challenge me to a battle, I might end up throwing a bunch of lvl 1 Chespins at you Wonder trading has been so fun though. Someone from Japan actually dumped a Giratina on me |

Before the advent of the 3rd Generation games remake hits stores on November, my thoughts for the sixth generation games after a year of gameplay are the best.
X and Y feel like the Gold & Silver of their respective era or generation save that the former have far better enhancements and multiple loads of different stuff, IMO. While before purchasing the games I initially held poor opinions concerning the Mega stones and Mega evolution tropes and dynamics, I ended loving the whole concept after using them in battle. As of right now, I have a 3DS hand-held console and a 2DS console, playing X and Y games respectively in each of them. For my X game, I'm only missing defeating the Elite Four + the Champion, find the missing mega stones, and catching the remaining in-game Legendaries. I'm only missing Zygarde to finish up the entirely Kalos Pokedex, and I have obtained (mostly through trade via Wonder Trade and GTS, then through using the trial version for both the PokeBank and PokeTransporter) all previous five generations Pokemon that aren't Legendaries; only needing to evolve those who can evolve. As for my Y game, I'm very far, far behind having beaten recently the 2nd Gym, and still getting Pokemon from trades and in-game. Furthermore, I've been participating getting Pokemon from the announced events: 1. The Poke-ball pattern Vivillon 2. The special Heracross (X game) 3. The special Pinsir (Y game) 4. The super size Pumpkaboo 5. The shiny Mega Gengar (with Gengarite) .... And, three days ago, for the first time in any pokemon game that I have played, I got the special code event that allowed me to obtain Diancie; a first time for me in any Pokemon game. Thanks that the special event was also brought to my country. Only Legendaries so far that I've gotten are: 1. Celebi (PokeBank trial version event) 2. Registeel (got from Wonder Trade) 3. Cresselia (traded from GTS) 4. Phione (traded from GTS) 5. Victini (transferred from my Pokemon Black game) 6. Xerneas (caught in-game X) 7. Yveltal (traded from GTS) 8. Diancie (obtained from special event) |
