Gotta say I'm enjoying this story. I found it a few weeks ago and wasn't planning on reading all of it but curse it, I finished everything! The slightly different take on monsters common in fantasy stories (like feathered drakes) is interesting, and I think the journal entries are a nice touch, too.

Started reading today, currently at chapter 3. But why does it have a harem tag?Will he get female goblins for himself? Or will he get human woman somehow?

I wanna read it because it looks like you can actually write, but I need a gimmick. If I could read something without one I would probably be reading all the stuff from the bookstore.

Tell me, how does this goblin fight? Is it just straight forward mud fights? or is there something neat in there? For example, take Banshee (tv series) as an example.

The first three minutes would be the mud fight, but after that... OMG awesome. And that's because it stops being a straight forward fist fight. Hood starts fighting dirty.

As another example, take "The Lazy King" web novel. The guy fights while sleeping.

Damn just read on RR the novel don`t fear the reaper and it was pretty good but the autor pretty much left and never return so i think i will start reading this one now lol.

Say do you recomend any novels in RR i got too much time on my hands now lol...

I already caught up with the last chapter "Queen of Swords 5" but didnt see any harem so far.

I never expected that a Goblin MC would be this good.There is also Re:Monster but thats because the MC evolves too fast so he didnt stay much time as a Goblin/Hobgoblin so I dont think it counts.

But i`m really looking forward for

well if you want something to read this novel then
First there's a surprising amount of realism for a fantasy novel the mc and most humans introduced are living beings with several limitations, there are mages and some kinda magic warriors but they also have their limitations and die properly if you are prepared for then, any human will die if he loses a head or a heart or maybe a lot of blood
the mc almost never fights fair, if he does it's either because he has no choice or because the plan failed, he is not a very good swordsman but he is a very good tracker and assasin, in this story hobgoblins are like natural hunters and they like to hunt people who go in their territory, which makes people very scared of then in the forest, even more than the stronger monsters since you can avoid the monsters but not the gobs, the mc picks people by the smell so he is very hard to ambush, i would tell more but that would spoil too much the story
