Oh my this thread is so derailed that the idea of running one seems to be an impossibility anymore.

One of the most important thing is location : where are we going to station this? I want it to be in Japan, but I don't know about the property market and climate there other than 893 runs the place.

Actually, setting up a restaurant in a red light district is not necessarily a bad idea; you're almost certain to get a steady stream of customers.

But, that's neither here nor there.
