^ Actually Legion themselves prefer in meatball form than in shapeshift compressed form. It is boneless.
So I think they are in meat form all the time except for when talking with kanako & Co. and infiltrated Duke legston house.

BTW that monster are the same with Legion. A lot of people revived into one entity.

No, it is the dungeon god who likes to morph as elf loli . And then there are all the other gods , which arent his subordinates (yet) but still help him out.

Gods are exception right sempai to the rule right unless I am wrong according to this thread legion is no. 1 subordinate the strongest...... I exempt his mother because she is her mother......

If you are right sempai then the strongest subordinate of van is dungeon god after that legion is that correct sempai.

and the weakest are his human non fighter subordinate correct sempai (according to the thread and translated chapters sempai) ?

P.S. every time I hear legion sempai I usually imagining mara eww....

^It's hard to measure them as bellow gods most of his elite team sweep everyone and just Vandalieu can handle gods, but if I were to classify them

1. Elf Dungeon Maker
2. Legion (Multiple Cheats, such as reflect, and almost infinite HP, does not have any weakness)
3. Darcia (Chaos Elf, trained with Vida and the gods surrounding her, it is an actual goddess) <-- speculation since we never saw she really fight strong people
4. Borcus / Skeleton Rat / Bone Tokyo Dome (1x1 the first 2 are probably the strongest, and Borcus being probably the strongest through the series that is not outright divinity or cheat like the above mentioned, though in multiple enemies Bone Tokyo Dome is just a fucking wrecking ball that can't really die unless you destroy all of his bones)
5. Ghouls / Abyss Vampires (High Ranking, like 11~12, having multiple jobs too)

Weakest, probably Zeno et all human adventurers, or maybe common citizens (non monsters) of Talosheim, although with the training of the living armor most of them have rank 3~4 strength.

I believe the weakest from van ranks is ruciriano (atleast he was adventurer). And I think gudzu evil god is more of supporting role (dungeon making), even in the past we never heard his battle scene.

What a coincidence, number 1 and 2 have access to space magic!

Yeah, he's really fvcked. So next chapter or two the resolution? (unless Murakami or Fitun intrudes)

i always thought Bir was smarter then this. A direct confrontation with someone who already killed two of his former associates is about as dumb as it gets.

Yeah, well, "Van is smarter than you" might as well be a tag-line for this series.

I wonder if the evil god is going to die too. I'd guess so since he's worried about running out of idiots so will probably intervene heavily.

PS I feel a bit foolish for not spotting the orphanage connection earlier. It was rather clearly mentioned in Elenorna's backstory.

^^Personally , if I made a soul eating momster like Val my enemy, i would go suicide while bathing in a bath of highest level holy water.

Oh well, he already had ghosts of at least four attributes. Chipuras and Daroak being light-attribute ghosts really surprised me tho. They had been popping around him ever since without getting used until now.

Spoiler for raw: Basically Birkine used the sacrifice organizations of orphanages he had readied years ago all over the countries , all the orphans brainwashed and the nuns are vampires with sunlight resistance . MC calls his bluff as he says that Birkine wouldnt be able to control that many kids .Infact if it was so easy he wouldnt have shown himself in front of Val and would have simply negotiated through the kids.Val moves towards him but gets caught by Bir's maou fragment, the shadow . Maou's shadow, which contains a fragment of maou's spirit, envelops Val . Val makes eyes on his shoes and shoots light throught them towards the sky(so as not to harm other people) and manages to get free. Bir sends the orphans to give him a deathly hug so that he wont be able to use any attacks in fear of harming them. チプラス達 /Tipras (??forgot him, light spirit) uses light magic to give Val an opening. Val escapes from the orphanage with the kids. Bir chases after him and discovers that now they arent in the city anymore. Probably the dungeon god's doing.
