Oh, so they did cut that scene from novels, huh? A boring decision, I'd say but oh well.

And Misaka Imouto is kawaii as hell in this ep. Even with all this bandage.

P.S. Damn you, ITEM. And now I need to watch these fillers because they would, most likely, be pretty much canon.

Nah, there was no cookie scene in novels. There was the other scene with Imouto and Kamijou. Actually, now that I've reread it, the scene was just edited and cut.

SoL with ITEM sounds pretty fun, y'know.

It was nice I guess. Can't really say anything more than that. Partly because I haven't slept in 2 days. I wish they'd shown Touma's face when he said her name, instead of a cliche view of the sky.

Yes Frenda, I think I'll be able to live through the oncoming arc. If ITEM is there maybe we'll get Hamazura... :somehow... idk... whatever.

Misaka Imouto had bandages wrapped around her body in places. He also heard the mewing of the black cat. Kamijou couldn’t see it from his location, but it must have been curled up beneath the bed.
Also, Misaka Imouto had her hands wrapped around Kamijou’s hand.
It really didn’t matter, but Misaka Imouto had drawn her hands up to her chest, so Kamijou’s hand had been brought to the border of touching a certain bulge.
“M-M-M-M-M-Misaka-san? Wait, this is odd. Why is such a happy event occurring? I don’t remember activating any flags in this direction!”
Kamijou’s shout must have surprised the black cat beneath the bed because it let out a frightened mew.
“…Your conversations are as incoherent as ever, but just so you know, you were the one who grabbed Misaka’s hand, says Misaka using the modern kana usage to make herself easier to understand.”
“No way! I refuse to believe that I’m so desperate that my hand moved to a girl’s chest while I was under general anesthesia!”
Kamijou of course wanted to yell and hold his head in his hands, but his body would not move.
Misaka Imouto stared questioningly at Kamijou’s crazed behavior with her expressionless eyes.
“All you did was grab Misaka’s hand, says Misaka in an supplementary explanation. It was Misaka who brought your hand to this position, so that was not your fault, responds Misaka.”
“…Princess, why would you do something such as that?”
“Misaka was merely measuring your brainwaves and heart rate from the flow of your bodily electricity, responds Misaka immediately. There was no sexual meaning to it.”
“Se-!?”
Kamijou thought his breathing was going to stop when he suddenly realized something.
(Huh? Does that mean I’m touching it? My hand is touching it? But I can’t feel anything because of the anesthesia! Ahh, dammit! I can’t move even a finger! God damn iiiiiiiiitttttt!)
“D-dammit…What misfortune…!!”

i enjoyed this episode thought it was touching and seeing touma struggle was the best especially learning more of accelerator past as well(read the manga but looked great animated as well) all in all was a good episode 8/10 for me. going to miss kamijou but yes! frendea.

Looking at the preview. I'm guessing that next episode the girls are going to grill Misaka about the recipient of the cookies and Saten explains Misaka's suspicious behavior in a flashback. Not surprised that Frenda is getting more screen time. I really hope that next week the opening will confirm that the Liberal Arts arc is happening.

On to the episode itself, I'll wait for subs to make my full judgement, but I am satisfied with how J.C. Staff handled the conclusion. This entire arc was done perfectly. A+ for J.C. Staff. Embarrassed Misaka was adorable, and the final clash between Accelerator and Touma was animated well, though I wish Touma looked more menacing when he stood up. I wanted to see Touma through Accelerator vision.
