As suggested by the name, Robotics;Notes' theme is robots. It's set in a high school on an island called Tanegashima. The game's main character is a boy who's in the school's robot club. He's a big fighting game fan, and things kick off story-wise when he learns that one of the game's heroines is a genius programmer who made the engine for a world famous fighting game. This leads the main character to decide to make make a robot that uses motion capture and command inputs. For the motion capture, he enlists the help of someone from the karate club.

Is nitroplus confirmed to be involved in this? Cause from the PV, nitroplus' logo did not appear at all.

There's no indication of Nitroplus involvement yet. In fact, 5pb's CEO, Chiyomaru Shikura (producer and planner), is clearly emphasizing his role as the father of the series.

If he's indeed cutting Nitroplus out, it makes business sense. They've established a strong reputation and following with Steins;Gate, so there's no need to slap on someone else's brand (to promote the game by pretending it's from Nitro+) and split the profits. They can sell product on their own as long as the S;G connection remains.

plus the trailer say "science adventure game team" which mean they use same team as stein;gate

Well, looking at the key roles for both C;H and S;G, they're mostly done by staffs from 5pb. So I don't think there will be much effect when it comes to the game content itself. And if I'm not wrong, the "Science Adventure Team" is the name of "5pb Games R&D Division #1" instead of the full team that consists of both 5pb and Nitroplus staffs.

Nitroplus may offer assistance in some specific areas (like they did with S;G) though as many people have pointed out, the lack of Nitroplus's logo being shown anywhere doesn't lend much to this theory.

If Nitroplus doesn't have a hand in R;N then I do expect them to show up when or if they port it to the PC.

Shikura has established himself as the face and guiding hand of the company/series, so they're developing their own identity.

Due to the talk of motion capture and some kind of a touch-capable device in the PV, I guess it will have something to do with touch screens (physical movement).

also "commander of my soul" quote form above probably indicate that the robot probably will have some kinda emotion probably dealing of creation of artificial human.

I think spaceflight of some sort might be involved but I don't think they'll be interacting with any moons or asteroids (or planets).

Very unlikely. I read it as meaning that it takes place in the same world and timeline as Steins;Gate. Steins;Gate was also set in the same world as Chaos;Head so this should not come as a surprise. In fact, I've heard that Sena and Rintarou crossed paths in a short story from Hayashi.

ROBOTICS;NOTES
Famitsu managed to get some commentary on the two Steins;Gate games from producer Naotaka Hayashi and scenario writer Matsubara Tatsuya (listed as "scenario supervisor" for the new Xbox 360 title). In the interview, they also shared a brief update on Robotics;notes, the next entry in 5pb.'s science adventure series (following Chaos;Head and Steins;Gate).

The story component for Robotics;Notes has been mostly finalized, said Matsubara. They're currently at the point where they'll begin writing the text.

The two shared artwork for the game's main character and one of the heroines (this was not posted to Famitsu.com, so you'll need the magazine to see it). The artwork will be converted to 3D models for the game, said Matsubara. He noted that there are many games out there like Catherine and Idolmaster 2 that have beautiful 3D models. They're aiming for this level
