@ Shini_GamI.. For a starter you did splendidly o_o.Kinda feel a bit empty in the middle, but nicely done.. Fits Momo ^^.. Pelli would be please :P .. 88%. Why hide her bigger face under that title?

Shini_GamI: Bias rating 'cause it's Momo ^_^ ... maybe you weren't here back then, but during the series I used 4 different animated signs of her (and avatars as well ^^). But it's actually a nice job, especially if you're a starter! 9/10

KiNa: It looks like a winamp skin. ^^ Seems to be plain on the left side. Maybe some artifacts could have enrichened the whole sign. Uhm.. other than that, bias rating because animated and very good sign overall. 9,25/10

Shini GamI: um, i haven't watched shinigami ballad yet. so i'll just go on what i see. design-wise, it's pretty. the yellowish color is kinda little awkward but still looks good. 8/10

ichy: is that a he or a she? nice imgs, nice bg, color matches well. 9/10

Shini gami- You kind of screwed up with the maple leaf brush in the middle, which made the brushing kind of look uneven, also the text is in the wrong place imo, otherwise pretty good. 7.6/10

Ichy- the backround is nice, you should try to fit a text in there. 8.3/10

@ Redframe : Eh.. Coma very cuute over here... but the siggy is blur and colours are rather dull.. the red thing on the left side spoils the siggy.. 6.5/10

Mr.Hawq: 6/10 Not sure how to rate that one. The contrast is odd though.

RedFrame: 7/10 It kinda made me laugh when I looked at it, but the effect wears off.

Akarix: 8/10 The text jars with the rest of it. I love it apart from that though.

KiNa: 7.5/10 Nice animation, but I don't much like the border... it does fit with the rest of the sig, but eh...

Riker: I don't think it's annoying at all... 9/10 for the second, 7.75/10 for the first. I don't like the way the m and the 4 suddenly show up when the pom-poms come down. :/

kira_lacusxx: i like the pic, like the color b/c it matches well (it gave the img a more innocent look than before). also, i can see static lines or some sort like that. size-wise, it's appropriate. good job on centering it on the upper area. 9/10
