Sheryl rocks... but Ranka... she's scary. Like a gremlin or rabid bunny or something gone wrong. I think it might be the combination of the overuse of white face powder and the greenness of it all.

but If you compare Japanese loli girl cosplay VS (sheryl cosplayer looks american)
American girl for cosplay Japan wins their veterans at that kind of sector in anime

but Sheryl coplay is good since Sheryl doesnt look like japanese type character...

Not really, Sheryl's character had taken a lot of cues from Ayumi Hamasaki (including some of her promotional). The aura around her felt like that of a Japanese celebrity, not an American one.

Otherwise, both character are pretty easy to cosplay.
