I was referring to everything as being ridiculous. I think when we got that interview, I must have been busy with school or something

As far as I can see, GREMLIN with Othinus are trying to correct the imbalance between the science and magic side after the effects of WW3. To do this, Othinus needs to create the Gungnir so her magic will always work at 100%. Being a magic god makes her powerful, but her magic works on chance. To sum up, in order to correct the balance, she intends to 'remake the world' in her own image. Can't quite figure out the Holistic Esper bit, but I think it's a minimal part of her plan.

The holistic esper is being used as a tool in order to synch with gungnir in order to give Othinus 100% probability of success while using magic. GREMLIN has the more modern definition of a mythical creature that causes machinery to stop working for strange reasons. In other words, borne out of resentment at the loss in WWIII, GREMLIN seeks to attain revenge and to bring the magic side into the top seat, throwing off Aleister Crowley's plans even more than before.

Ah thanks for that bit. Wasn't sure whether she intended to create a world with 'holistic espers' or something, but I guess that makes sense of why she needed Kakine in the end.

Alrighty then, I've got a question of my own.

I remember while I was reading through a few excerpts of the light novel and Kanzaki Kaori said that she dressed in the tied up shirt and jeans with a leg cut off because she needs it for her magic.

What kind of magic requires Kanzaki Kaori to dress the way that she does?

All they said is that her magic style require Asymmetry but she's basically the same as all the other Amakusa, except with more raw power.

I think that was for a minor spell to improve balance and movement using assymetry.

You're talking about the part when Aureolus freaks out and accidentally restores Stiyl, right? Well, unlike what happened to poor Stiyl, IB was cut off indirectly so there was no reality warping to be undone.

i would have to agree with that.

it still sounds like an amazing ability though...and i'm curious as to how the other characters will react to someone copying there powers.
