That part is where she go to earth to find Diina who hide in earth after halfway to the story ( Diina is the one who hold the truth to everything happen in the past event )
She even have a change to say good bye to her "male avatar" ( tho the guy didn't realize it and just a normal human at this point)
Earth god is not mention anywhere in the story.

"Midgard world" is like shield hero world where Goddress is the manipulate bitch type The whole world isnot related to game at all and might just be goddess board game
the game in earth isn't even VR or the like it just simple MMORPG that Diina brainwash game company to created

She is very "loyal" toward Lufas, Everything she did from the very first chapter is for the sake of Lufas

The chapter opens in the Vampire Empire, "Myeolnyl", with the 'Vampire Princess' and one of the 'Seven Heroes', Behettonash (the loli vampire from vol 5), being informed of the incident in Suvell Country. Upon learning of Lufasu's resurrection, she is overjoyed and expresses her desire to kill her herself.

POV switches to Lufasu and co., who have moved on from the Flugel Country.
Lufasu is exhaused from everything that happened, causing Libra to ask if she is alright. Not wanting her subordinites to see her like that, she claims that she is and orders Libra to delete any photo's she may have made of her.
However, this confuses Libra, causing Lufasu to remember that she isn't a robot and that photo's don't exist in this world.
On the other hand, this causes Lufasu to remember a previous statement Diina made about photo's (not sure if this was adapted into the manga), which she wouldn't know of unless she had knowledge of the real world.
Continuing her interrogation of Diina, which was previously interrupted, Lufasu pressures her into telling her how she could know about photo's. Finding herself at wits end, Diina drops the masquerade and reveals herself to be Venus of the 'Seven Luminaries' (I previously referred to them as 'Seven Days/Nights/Magics' but I'm now just gonna call them what the manga calls them).

Spoiler for Chapter 39:

Lufasu and Venus fight (not sure what happened to the others).
Lufasu easily deflects all of Venus' attacks, causing her to use her trumpcard, a meteor summoned using her portals. However, Lufasu One Punch Man's it.
Afterwards, Venus surrenders and agrees to answer all of Lufasu's questions.

Spoiler for Chapter 40:

Diina (I'm gonna continue to refer to her as Diina from now on) claims to be a test player who got stuck in this world not long after Lufasu was sealed. She also claims that the only way for them to return home is to defeat the Demon King (Efreet), which is why she infiltrated the 'Seven Luminaries'. Lufasu and Diina agree to work together to return home.

POV switch to Melek, who has regained his confidence, shooting down a light-winged Flugel who tried to get him to go to war with the dark-winged Flugels.

Spoiler for Chapter 41:

Diina's true level is revealed to be 1000, same as Lufasu. However, she has more of a support build.
Lufasu asks Capricorn if he learned anything useful while working with the demons. Capricorn reveals that Scorpio also joined the demons to avenge Lufasu. He also informs them about the successful summoning of 'The Hero' and that the Demon King (Efreet) and the remaining members of the 'Seven Luminaries' are planning on killing him before he can become a threat.
Upon learning of this, Lufasu decides that they must protect 'The Hero'.

Spoiler for Chapter 42:

In order to reach 'The Hero' in time, Lufasu flies through the sky at top speed, quickly passing all the places she visited so far. However, she stops when she encounters a mysterious individual who she immediately identifies as the Demon King (Efreet).

POV from 'The Hero'.
His name is "Yuji Seto" and, as stated before, he's your usual goody two-shoes protagonist who can't help but save those in need and was summoned because he heard a cry for help and answered.
Moving on to his party. The Beastman is called Friedrich and he's actually that swordsaint Diina mentioned in chapter 3 of the manga. The woman with the dark skin color (yes she's a woman) is called Guruha Ohio and she is the deputy grandmaster of the kingdom's knights. Then there's the elf who originally summoned Lufasu named Cruz of Acolite. Finally, the girl who's around Yuji's age is called Alfi and she's the top graduate of the kingdom's magic academy.
Under the king's orders, the party sets out to defeat Lufasu and the Demon King (Efreet). However, right after their adventure had began Lufasu suddenly appears before them, causing Yuji to give a title drop: "A wild last boss appeared!". Almost immediately afterwards the Demon King also appears, resulting in that hilarious illustration where Yuji and co. find themselves sandwiched between the official and unofficial last boss.

Spoiler for Chapter 44:

Lufasu and the Demon King (Efreet), who introduces himself as "Olm", participate in a rather friendly chat, while tearing apart the environment around them with their powers and completely ignoring Yuji's party. They then proceed to fight, splitting the seas and destroying mountains.

Seeing this, Alfi falls into despair, believing that there's now way they'll ever be able to beat either of them.

Lufasu and Olm then hit each other at full strength, causing a shockwave so large that Behettonash is able to feel it all the way from the Vampire Empire.
Another member of the Twelve Stars, Leo, is also able to feel it from an unknown location.

Spoiler for Chapter 45:

Although they are equally matched, Lufasu realizes she's at a disadvantage as Olm has over a million HP. Olm accounces his dissapointment, as she seems weaker to him then she was 200 years ago. This causes Lufasu to theorize that the real Lufasu was even stronger than her.
Olm then begins talking about the goddess of the world and claims that they are all being manipulated by her. He reveals that all life in this world was created by the goddess and that the reason why demons continuesly kill others is because she made them so they'll otherwise dissappear. He also says that the reason why the worl'd population is so weak now is because the goddess wants to keep them weak and that the goddess was actually the one who orchestrated the rebellion against Lufasu 200 years ago.
However, their conversation is interrupted by Diina and Libra, who attack Olm and manage to injure him through a surprise attack. Libra then advices Lufasu to retreat. Lufasu refuses wanting to continue hearing Olm's story, but Libra takes her by force.
Thinking about what Olm told her, Lufasu thinks the goddess is the game's developer and goes over the in-game lore: The goddess created the world and humanity, but also demons that threaten them. Continues exposure to their Mana caused humanity to evolve into the other player races, with her race, the Flugels, being born from a lack of Mana. However, over time, the Flugels were also exposed to Mana, causing their Wings to darken. Seeing that her Wings are pure black, Lufasu now wonders if the real Lufasu was actually not a Flugel at all.

Back with Ulm, he converses with Venus, who he refers as Diina. They talk about Lufasu being weaker and agree that it was likely the goddess' doing.
They then leave, leaving only a flabbergasted Yuji and his party.

Spoiler for Chapter 46:

Lufasu is back in camper and thinks about what Ulm told her, until Diina snaps her back to reality.
They are currently moving towards the next closest to the Twelve Stars, the Maiden. Although Lufasu wonders how she could still be alive after 200 years, since she's human.
They arrive at the log cabin where she lives, but instead find a LV320 Flugel (the pink haired Flugel from the vol. 3 and 4 covers). The girl is revealed to be the Maiden's granddaughter and Lufasu requests her to bring them her.
After walking for a while, they arrive at a gravestone in the middle of the forest with the inscription: "I waited patiently for Lufasu's revival, but choked on walnuts last year".
This discovery causes Lufasu and Diina to awkwardly stare at each other and think: "Seriously? You died?"

I like "A Wild Last Boss Appeared", but I also have some gripes with the series.

While I understand that its the story of a Last Boss walking around as a random enemy spawn, I fear that its becoming a typical Isekai story with the Last Boss espect merely being used to justify the main cast being so OP.
Another thing I'm dissapointed about is that there was so much care put into explaining the game's conquest system, yet it never comes into play. I was hoping Lufasu might be a little more interested in reclaiming her Empire.
I find these problems especially glaring when comparing it to Overlord; another series that I believe does the MC turning into the Last Boss a lot better.

Spoiler for Here's my version of the story:

If I was given the chance, I would have actually changed to the story a lot. To the point it wouldn't even be the story of a Wild Last Boss anymore.

Things would start out relatively the same. Lufasu was the game's top player and had conquered the entire world map through the conquest system.
However, rather than her being a misunderstood benevolent ruler, I would have made her an actual Overlord; using her position to enrich herself at the expense of the players and NPCs. Until the developers released an update allowing them to rebel against her along with a sealing spell that insta-kills whomever rules the world and temporary lock them out of the game.
When Lufasu is summoned to the game world, rather than through a failed hero summoning, I wouldn't explain it at all and instead have her materialize where she was sealed. She soon runs into descendants of her loyal subjects, who then guilt her into rebuilding her Empire. She would start by enslaving primitive in-game enemies and slowly build up her forces until she could easily take down each nation.
The world's inhabitants would still be relatively weak compared to Lufasu. However, I would also remove the demons and instead have each of the player nations either having fallen into some form of conflict and/or corruption. They would also have taken possession of Lufasu's former treasures and castles.
Lufasu would initially only do this for the greater good. However, before long the personality of the real tyrannical Lufasu would rise to the surface, causing her slowly become the very thing she's been fighting. Until she finally realizes what she's become.

Isekai in this case is kind of a "trap"
It kind of Isekai yes... but it one of a kind Isekai which fool reader until the very end

Lufas is not OP because the setting as last boss said so as reader might see during very few chapter
There a lot of back story into it and which is part of the reason why she got summon to this world
and IMO it very well plan, everything made sense once reader realize what actually going on
