I actually kind of like Warete Ringo as a song more and Out of Control had such cool visuals but Guren no Yumiya is just so representative of 2013 for me. As someone else said this was a pretty weak year for main male and female characters but I am hoping Squealer pulls through for best villain because he was one of the best antagonist I've seen for a long time and definitely one of the best characters of the year. And thank you for the helper for lack of anything better to say it was very helpful.

This is one of those unfortunate things, because as much as I like both shows, I have to maintain favor for Psycho Pass based on a lot of small factors and consistency issues. Let it be known that for every Psycho Pass, Shinsekai Yori was a hot second.
