I don't see why not, given it's fiction, it's unlikely glike it will go away. And being focused on cute fluff, it shouldn't end with their family completely falling apart with Ritsu being able feed their family only from part times job because stigma while Uta have to take care about bunch of deformed and demented children.

As far as that's out of way, this kind of "forbidden love" is pretty fun to read.
