"A Will Eternal" is good example where the masters of his sect like the MC and help him solve many problems

Btw, we always hear the phrase "Splitting Ocean, Destroying Mountains" or something like that
But when the story gets to that level, it's actually boring
The most fun part is the growing phase + increasing reputation
So it's better if these stories have upper limit for power and 1 single person can't destroy the world

Cultivation Chat Group Have relativelly smart and often cautious enemies (first enemy MC fight would actually win if he was more arrogant). Novel itself has bit slow start and is heavily on comedy side, but in core it's solid cultivation story.

He has transactions with gods/supernatural beings and gained cultivation pills and stuffs through his phone chat

Sadly it has the same flaws as other chinese stories :

- Too many things happening, just cases after cases, healing sick rich man, exorcism, arrogant enemies, opening jades (is this real?)
- Main heroine always almost getting raped, but the relationship never progresses, save her, leave, save her father, leave, repeat infinity
- Last thing I remember MC can now manage a special realm, I don't care anymore

I don't know how much of manhua is translated, but even after chunk of novel that comes after translated content, there are no traces of attempted rape on main heroine (at least for now she is imessurable stronger then him anyway, healing sick rich old man) or transaction with gods so far (chapter 410 of novel).

It's also not about getting pills through chat. He didn't get any propel pills until RL encouters with members of group and doing some odd jobs for them (specifically hellping with R&D of body tempering liquid and taking care of runaway dog and disciple).

Well if it's indeed same novel it's bit bummer those thing will appear later...

I want the usual "ancient" world with sects, Coiling Dragon stuffs
But without too much cliche flaws

Actually want the MC part of a sect (happy) instead of solo levelling all the time

Well in CChG it's really about classic-ish cultivation enviroment. Cultivators still lead sects, investigate ancient ruins and visit spiritually rich realms to meditate. It just they also use cellphones and steal each other vegetable in social farming games ( though lot of daoist that comes from secluded cultivations are not that good with technology).

Main character still has friends and family in "mundane" world, but mundane and cultivation part of settings mostly don't mingle. If it does it's quickly covered and all memories are erassed. For lack of better comparisson it's bit like Harry Potter kind of dual setting.

You have effectively remove 99% of them.
TBH, do you want serious storyline or comedy, i mean, comedy like Cultivation chat group tend to deviate from that format, but it's far harder for the more traditional story line.

Well, while MC of CChR is "loose cultivator" by name . It's definitely not any kind of solo leveling. It just means his (unofficial) masters and (unofficial) fellow students atmre more diverse then usually. Shuhang would probably die very quickly if he was left by his own devices and he certainly wouldn't be able progress on his own either.

He might not be part of sect, but he certainly is part of community.

Then I really have to insist to try CChR at least one last time, because I can't help but feel it fits many of your criterias (doesn't mean you will necessarily like it's more ridiculous aspects but that's different matter).

-MC decided not enter sect but he is still part of group of cultivators.
-Liked by many people in and out of group
-Almost no arrogant enemies and some conflicts get resolved peacefully
-MC while superior in few aspects (strength of will, amount of Qi (both is gained ability)), he is even less "almighty" then Nie Li was and this he need actually lot of support of other people

While probably not impossible you would have hard time find anything more similar to Once Upon Time. (and if you do pls definitely let me know)

OK then, but are you really sure you are not mistaking it with something else? Your description doesn't match at all. There isn't any school girl, much less with bodyguard for one and it's certainly not "just modern world with some people having power", nor it's there any attempted rape so far in manhua so you couldn't see any.

Nope. Main heroine is daughter of Venerable Spirit Butterfly one of strongest cultivator in story. She herself is peak of 3rd stage herself and has habbit mail herself in box when she sneaking out of her home.

Only singer in CChG is Macho guy and it's very deadly to allies and foes alike (but also very catchy) . He can also go from Super Sayan to Saitama in 10 second. I am pretty sure he is not main heroine...
