Have you heard of the Streisand effect?
The more you try to block something on the internet, the more wide spread it is. KyoAni is just hijacking the process to their advantage.

Except that's when a corporation try's to stop the spreed of information already out in the wild. This is a case of a corporation not releasing any content in the first place.

But they ARE releasing them. They just keep denying it.

No he's right, they're probably having to give the stations release times for organizational purposes but as stated earlier they've been trying to put the kibosh on the stations publicizing a release schedule. So when refering to air times, the Streisand Effect is being quite accurate......not that otaku everywhere weren't fiending for any information they could scrap up anyways.

If used in reference to the entirety of it all, it does hold less water as Kadokawa has done an impressive job in preventing information leaks so far. It's almost enough to make the secret services blush.

Also, I apologize for my comments earlier. Of course the news breaks right as I give up hope.

Then again, it could also be a massive troll, again. Don't get your hopes too high.

On a side note, I noticed while going through my image folder looking for an appropriate picture, how many images of Taiga Aisaka scantily-clad I have. Hrrrm. Didn't think I saved that many...
Haruhi looks so pretty in that picture. Gotta love the long hair, hopefully some omnipotent spirit one day will give me a wish to choose whatever anime world I wished to live in. (Just kidding, although it would be ideally nice).

waaaaaaaaaaaa.....

Damn, it appears that you are (maybe...) correct.

So...another week and we have new content?

....I better start studying on my last final tomorrow afternoon.

I want to get my hopes up, I really do, but February destroyed my chances of ever being hyped for Haruhi again :P

I wonder if they'll have a new opening and endi--

--wait. Come to think of it, I wonder if part of the reason they're (hopefully) airing chronologically instead of a typical two-season layout is that they didn't dare mess with trying to create a new ending that could follow the shadow of Hare Hare Yukai. I know I sure wouldn't have. :P

That would be lame.

Even a song not quite as good as Hare Hare Yukai would still be really good.

So this is what an Information Explosion looks like. If I'm Kadokawa-marketing I'd like to keep it under wraps all the way til midnight 5/21, but guess other stations have truthful obligations to the audience to contend with. This should be it. Because false advertising = class action no matter what country you're in. Now this does feel like a New Year's countdown.

Administratively I propose we bump this Board to Current Series, and immediately open a new thread for the Third Season of Suzumiya Haruhi. Ahahahahahaha........

SHUUUUUUUUUNNN

The people who have doubts (i.e. 94.824% of everyone, ever) about this could totally be all "BURN THE WITCH" back at you.

I'm just going to crawl away to some corner and lurk until the 21st, or until I get back from learning why it's important to help kindergarteners and the obscenely old bake chocolate chip cookies while helping them learn to assert themselves in a non-confrontational manner. It depends on whether I bring my ipod with me/if I bring enough Twizzlers to barter with whoever is hoarding the computer at this retarded camp, if there's even a computer/wireless internet that I can access.

Oh wait, I forgot nobody cares. Well, then. >_>;

Religion is based on the foundation of faith. Without faith, religion collapses.
If Haruhiism is considered a religion, then Haruhi is to faith as house is to foundation.

Just think I should mention: the TV Schedule on that site now simply reads "涼宮ハルヒの憂鬱".

Kadokawa either shut them up or they removed it themselves. So yeah, probably another troll.

Don't get your hopes up, guys. It's not worth it.

It's very possible that it was some bored employee who thought he'd amuse himself by exciting the blogosphere who put the subtitle up.

Mysterique Sign still has a very very good chance of being aired this week.

I'll believe in the second season when it's actually broadcast. Not before.

Before then I will continue to be pessimistic.
