Oh man, this game never gets old for me. All the jokes this game has are hilarious like when:
Kyousuke, Masato and Kengo try to date with a girl from the Little Busters.
Kurugaya lessons to the girls.
Also when Kyousuke admitted he was a lolicon and Rin didn't like that at all. It was priceless to see Kyousuke wallow in despair.
And when Haruchin does that move in the kick the can game.

What are the most funny parts for you guys?

Remembering the mental image never fails to put a smile to my face.

Picture Masato getting a fear of cats...
One is in his and Riki's room...
No longer able to bear it, he dances "Kinniku Sensation" in the corner...
Saying, "I can't take it, it's very scary!"
The image of his friend dancing while being scared strikes Riki deeply.

Later, Kengo rubs it in his rival's face how he can stand cats.
Masato asks, "So what can I do to train myself?"
Kengo's answer is by being at the foot of a cat waterfall, billions of cats falling and striking one's back.
Rin takes it very well.

- Masato's extremly liberal interpretation when someone jokes around with him, i. e. most sentences he starts with "So what you mean is, I (...)" Riki admires this skill of him, as well .
- Masato's "scream of despair" and his "battle" against Kurugaya
- Komari's epic victory against "Yui-chan" .
- Brosuke's poem ideas at the beginning of the common route were not too bad

Hm, I'm on Haruka's route at the last choice (following the walkthrough on the TLWiki) and it says that there are, "two different extra scenes in the bad end that can be seen by choosing "Give up"". And...I went through and didn't see any such scenes. Are these scenes that I'm not seeing supposed to be fore EX or ME only?

You should get either a scene with Futaki and Kud or Kurugaya and Futaki. It depends on whether or not you've completed Kurugaya's route. Of course if you're locked out of both of their routes, meaning you've done Haruka after Kud and Kurugaya then yeah you can't see the scenes. Also the Kurugaya is the default scene after completing refrain so you'll never see the Kud scene.

Suggested Route order is something like Rin1, Komari, Kurugaya, Mio, Haruka, Kud, Rin2, Refrain. That should give you access to every scene.

Oh shoot. Yeah, I left Haruka for last. >_< I went Kud, Kurugaya, Rin1, Komari, Mio then Kud. Shoot, I didn't mind that I missed some scenes before but I didn't want to miss a Kud scene. Darn.

Funny parts!? Let's see if I can remember a few:

- Kyosuke's "wise man's sayings" homework;
- Any possible combination in the Test of Courage (I rather loved Kuu and Anego);
- The poem making choices are brilliant;
- The guys trying to pick up the girls (fav combo: Mio -> Komari -> Kuu);
- Masato, Kengo and Kyosuke repeatedly remembering how scary Anego is (Machine gun!);
- Anyone of Masato's misunderstandings;
- The Little Busters trying to make Kyosuke come out of the room;
- Anego teaching the girls;
- Most of the slumber party!

And many more, I love this game!

I cried through most of refrain. But that part, in particularly, was very moving. Same thing with Komari's parting with Rin.

I loved the humor in the common route. Even on the 6th or 7th pass, I still found many of the jokes to be funny. But, in particularly, the following stood out:

Masato in general.
"Yui-chan."
The aphorisms.
Rin picking up bad habits at baseball practice.
The slumber party.
The quest for the furniture.
Rin's interactions with Sasami.
Some very inappropriate titles Kyousuke gave after wins in the battle rankings.

The beginning of Kurugaya's route was also hilarious.

Have to say, when I read it four years ago, that particular route of hers didn't make a lot of sense. No offense to the Kud fans. (Even considering the big picture, Kuds was the most "out there", if you know what I mean)

Yeah, Kud's route is just a little nonsensical no matter how eloquently you describe it.

I've read that it works in a deep and thematic way which has lots to do with her character and the problems she faces as a nationality-ly conflicted citizen, buuuuut I've never read how.

Digging through my box for the install disc of Ecstasy put Mintjam's Key arrange album in my hands. I vaguely remember listening to it and skimming through, and when I listened again, I was pleasantly surprised.

Seriously, their vocal is not something for me to judge, but I cannot deny the effectiveness of the rest of the instruments. FYI: the album has male cover versions of each Key game's opening and ending from Kanon down to Little Busters!. I personally believe the Faraway remix was damn emotional on its tone, almost rivalling Rita's version during "that" scene in Refrain.

Listening to it makes my insides go: "What...what's this strange feeling...like there's a fountain inside me about to burst!"

Balzac wanna check if you can find my song there? I simply didn't find it in the Rockstar Busters or the original OST...
