Apparently, the new conditions for the deal are way better than what Trump tried to push, so it is probably a good deal. If US keeps their part of it of cause (which is another question).

Donny is desperate for a win, expect to see him all week long braggin about the deal. AFAIK it still has to be approved by congress and there is a non zero chance it might not pass, I seem to remember it requires a 2/3 vote majority in congress for approval.
