I mean we are talking about American politics, in just the previous election the losing candidate and party fabricated a hoax that the winner colluded and conspired with a hostile foreign actor to steal the election.

You mean the election where the defeated candidate conceded on election night and the president from her party met with the challenger the next day to try and plan a smooth transition?

Well, in addition to the fact that most people think Elon Musk is a creepy douche, he's constitutionally barred from being president. And given that it's functionally impossible to amend the constitution without extensive bipartisan support and Democrats would never change the constitution to benefit Elon fucking Musk, the absurd idea is moot to begin with.

First, I would think than the Republican would be more likely to want to block him even with all the Dem'S current posturing. And as Elon Musk having a bad public image, lets remember than in 2016 the final choice was betweem Hillary and Trump; media coverage can work around such issue.

That is exactly what happened here in Mexico in 2006, the loser repeated ad nauseum the big lie for 12 years as he postulated for president again and again until he managed to win, no wonder Trump & AMLO were best buddies.

True. As a South African with citizenship in at least three countries, he is not a native born citizen. Which is required to serve as President of the United States of America. Remember how some Republicans and others were hounding Obama to provide his birth certificate from Hawaii?

Musk is actually very popular but you wouldn't know it based on certain politicians making absurd claims like that he does not pay taxes.

But that aside he needs to stay out of politics that do not involve spaceflight, it is hard to understate how much impact SpaceX has had or significant Starship will be.

A reminder that major news and social media platforms actively censored the NYP's story on Hunter Biden's laptop in order to protect a presidential candidate from scandal.

I mean, Ukraine already told us about this.

Has anyone actually found anything criminal?

Is he guilty of corruption? Yes? Prosecute him . No? Shrug

Than go after Ivanka , Junior, and the rest of the family. The huge gigantic elephant in the room

And now we know Hillary was directly involved in spreading the Russian collusion hoax.

Sorry I figured people would know about it since it was all over the news that day. I did forget there are some posters here who are in a 'bubble' of sorts and might not have any idea who Sussmann is or why he is on trial.

Hillary Clinton personally signed off on a plan in 2016 to quietly pitch to the media the now-discredited theory that computer servers at Donald Trump’s company had a secret communications link with a Russian bank, her former campaign manager told a jury.

Robby Mook, a witness in the trial of a former Clinton campaign lawyer charged with lying to the FBI, on Friday testified that he and others at the campaign “weren’t totally confident” in the veracity of the server data, but they sent it to reporters anyway a few months before the election.

Is any of this relevant now that Sussmann was acquitted?

A California man who was allegedly armed with a gun, knife and various tools when he was arrested in the early morning near Justice Brett Kavanaugh's house in Maryland has been charged with attempted murder, federal officials said in court papers filed Wednesday.

After he was transported to the police department in Bethesda, Roske told a detective he was upset about the recent leak of a draft Supreme Court opinion in a blockbuster abortion case and the recent school shooting in Uvalde, Texas. The Supreme Court is also set to issue a decision in the coming days and weeks in a case involving a New York law imposing limits on concealed carry of handguns in public.
