Thought it'd be interesting to introduce this thread as a counterpart to the Ghost in the Shell one. Currently ranked the highest grossing film of 2017, making about $760mil box office worldwide against its $160mil budget (as of 1/4/17). Due in Japan this 21/4, with Kon Natsumi (One Week Friends' OP singer) dubbing Emma Watson. What are your thoughts on the remake? Did it capture the original's spirit? Were any of its extra scenes for the better? |
