Synopsis: The manga revolves around Nick and Worick, two men who take on jobs from both the mafia and the police in the town of Ergastulum, a rotten town filled with mafia, hoodlums, prostitutes, and dirty cops.

Glad to see this is finally getting an anime. I'm hoping MAPPA or Madhouse does it and they get Taku Iwasaki for the music.

I read the first volume and have the second sitting on my to-read pile somewhere. It's a decent enough seinen action series, but it's not my top choice for an adaptation. (C'mon, why can't we have an Until Death Do Us Part anime?)

Premise is unique for a change and the artwork is so as well. I have a feeling that Manglobe is doing this or another project this fall, though whether or not that's a positive thing is up to some people.

It will be interesting how will they adapt this. I feel it never really needs an adaptation though. Maybe it will air the same time as drrr season 2.

Apparently there's also a drama CD coming out, with Suwabe Junichi, Tsuda Kenjirou and Noto Mamiko as the leads. Nice.

I haven't read Gangsta, but the art style is awfully familiar and I could swear I've seen doujinshi by this author before. Her website only lists Gangsta-related and/or pro works so I'm wondering, does anyone know about her amateur works, the fandoms she was active in?

(Also, I'm flipping through the first volume and this really reminds me of Dogs.

Waah, why did Dogs only get that crappy anime with a horribly miscast Ishida Akira?

Just that I can remember at least 2 times they posted the wrong staff. So I'm a bit cautions now

The info about Suwabe, Tsuda and Noto that I wrote before came from the official website.

Of course it's very much possible that the official website was hacked....!!!
