*raises an eyebrow* Oh? Mister fanservice-in-games-is-evil is starting to show signs of corruption?

But fully customizable armor is always a good thing. Sometimes there was this really nice armor... but the helmet just sucked.

Which makes me wonder, will there be an option for 'helmet on all the time' in this game?

Yeah iirc when in the armour section of the inventory screen you pressed Y on your controller and it cycled your helmet on and off.

You could do it with all the characters bar tali.

Not sure it worked in the pc version though.

Just finished Mass effect1. At one side, I think it wasn't that good. Combat was buggy(damn team mates getting stuck <_< ). The story kinda lacked that "epic feel". Rather then having bullshit side missions, make the main campaign longer.

That said definitely the best RPG I played of this gen. Looking forward to ME2.

This, I finished ME1 doing almost all of the side missions in the period of like 1 or so days of gametime.

Also the side missions were always something like, kill everyone here and pick this up afterwards, cant there be some unique side missions, like escorting an ambassador or defusing a bomb in the Normandy then tracking the person who placed the bomb and killing them. Assassination of higher ups who are suspected of commiting heinous crimes.

spreading ones legs is totally diffrent from having a tight in the ass suit
I didn't care for Bayonnet's character design, hell i even liked her transformation stuff (the gun shoes still annoy me) but the momment I saw that leg spread taught thing, i said fuck it, I just don't like whore female characters game looks great, I bet i'll be missing out, but hell I got a lot more games to play that I like way more. such as mass effect 2

I would like to have a red-headed infiltrator-commando named Cecily with boobs at the size of two meat buns, wielding a precision weapon named Aria.

You have to patch it. The first few versions had a tactics bug.

I loved the side missions! It gives the feel of a space explorer going to the ends of nowhere to solve mysteries and patrol the solar system in a supercool prototype spaceship. I would love to live long enough to be able to go into space.

Didnt they feel a bit repetitive to you? No real thought was ever required

Playing on the 360. :O They got stuck not just in combat. Then after a while they just teleport to me. Might as well make em walk trough walls, that would make it a lot less frustrating.

That would be cool, I'm not expecting it though. Just crossing my fingers that ME2 will be as good if not better then ME1. Though making ME2 better then ME1 shouldn't be that hard(storywise it would be a challenge), since ME1 had a lot of weird things.

BTW anyone know if you can discard the weapons in ME2? It just felt dumb I had every weapon on me when I was an adept just using the pistol.

Really? While I think theres nothing wrong with having side missions(even if imo they aren't any good), it's just they should work on fleshing out the campaign more.

I never really use my brains when I play games, other than RTS and puzzle-RPGs like the first 3 Resident Evil (maybe 4 because of the sliding puzzle during an Ashley part). Clearing rooms, flanking and countermoves doesn't really require any substantial brainpower at all.

This is one reason why people on the competitive gaming arena hate me. I provide no real challenge and just play for fun.

But the notion of galaxy exploration intrigued me more than any other part of the game. I wish there is a command for Normandy to evade space pirate patrols or wax the ships without boarding and clearing.

Anyway, you didn't search the planets for minerals?

On ME2 we should be able to fight other enemy ships using the Normandy I mean what is the point in giving us super powered spaceships if we cant fight any one. I would love it if the Normandy got hijacked while Shepard was asleep and his crew were tied up as hostages and he has to free them.

My only problem is the actual objectives of the side missions should be more diverse than running in, killing everyone and looking in one room then leaving.

Also by brain power I mean maybe some thought provoking puzzles, the best we got was in that ice place.

The thing is Normandy is classed as a sort of stealth corvette and only really for covert ops so I couldnt see it lasting long in a straight fight on its own.

From the trailers tho it looks as if it may need a new lick of paint...

The Normandy is actually classified as a "deep scout" Frigate.

Apon wiki'ing it that would seem to be the case but in my defence i did say "sort of" =D. Anyway my points still valid as its not really suitable for direct combat as its only a solo reconnaissance vessel.

On the subject of the normandy I stumbled onto this on my travels.

The Normandy 2

Dont think I like it as much as the original =[
