Episode 1 was okay in general, we have only an omniscient MC watching the girls doing their things. The designs are great but I don't know if I will keep watching this after 3 episodes.

Annoying that the camera didn't stick to the protagonist's POV. Creepy male-gaze and schoolgirl waifu fantasies also annoying.

I was thinking "Really, if this really is first person view then it's REALLY CREEPY!", imagining what it would look like to an observer to see the viewpoint character constantly looking very closely up and down and behind the girl.

Nope; a short anime with three cute girls on the poster doesn't need to be quite so exploitative as this. If there had been anything good about the script or exceptional about the animation, I would've mentioned that, but all I got from my four minute was seeing just how unexpectedly bad this was.

We can't say for sure that it's supposed to ALL be his gaze. Just look at Ani Tore. For instance the train episode, do you really think Eri would let the guy she's talking to/crushing on get down below her while she does the invisible chair exercise? And there's many others where the position is just not believable as a legitimate first person. But then again it also had six girls who apparently couldn't complete an exercise regimen without an orgasm.

Now that I watched episode 2 the content that is being showed here insn't interesting at all, I mean yeah cute girls doing things with the MC but aside that there is nothing more. This is more like voyeur the anime.

At least in Tawawa, there was actual interaction and the one she's talking with is an actual person instead of some guy staring at her silently

Because Tawawa wasn't POV anime like this. There were episodes even without faceless MC (for example salaryman's boss).

Also I saw on MAL that there is male version of One Room slated for Spring.

I actually didn't mind the last arc. Less pervy than the other arcs, and it was actually touching when it deals with the promise. Somewhat realistic considering not all dreams come true no matter how hard you work for it, and them moving in together was pretty sweet.

But yeah, not impressed by the VA's singing though. If the character had that singing voice for real, it's understandable why she wasn't chosen.

Blasphemy. Mimori Suzuko's voice is absolutely beautiful, both when speaking and singing, and that's the same for her role in this show.
