Related to the topic at hand, once I was told by a gay fellow several years ago (I think I was around 16 or 17 at the time) that he found me attractive and tried hitting on me. Not even joking.

Even though I told him I don't swing that way, admittedly it's somewhat a nice boost of self-confidence.

Yeah not bad at all, but when you're 17 it seems like a lifetime. I wouldn't use stalking, more like observing haha.

I've been mostly lurking for over 5 years now. There are times when it feels like I know people fairly well and then I remember I have never actually said a word to them.

I should really find something more productive to do during downtime at work.

I feel the same way sometimes especially when talking about the regs to other people on the forum. It feels like I am reading a book, learning about all these characters that will never know anything about myself.

So I had a funny story somewhat related to this .. this was I think 5 years ago? I had just started this job and was out of town for orientation training. A bunch of us were at this popular nightclub, getting thoroughly wasted .. Somehow a couple of other people we didn't know had joined our group but it was all in good fun.. and somehow the conversation turned to tattoos. At this point, I yell: "Tattoos? I have one!"

I roll up my sleeve to my shoulder to show off my "anbu" tattoo. Draw a bunch of giggles from both the men and the women. And then, I forget what happened in the middle, but this very muscular dude (who was NOT a co-worker.. that would have been awkward..

) proceeds to playfully lick my tattoo/shoulder. Everyone had a good laugh, I think I gave the guy a hug and that was that.

Apparently I had forgotten to tell this story to my fiance until years later..
