Setsuna has ZERO interest in Nena. It's Marina he's after, Marina.

Setsuna isn't going to end up with Nena or Marina. While he seems to care somewhat for Marina, he's shown no romantic interest in her (or anyone for that matter). Though I have to say, between the two girls I think Marina is more likely than Nena.

SetsunaxGundam is the otp of the series.

I think "He" refers to Setsuna. It is hard to tell, for it's pretty ambiguous about information other than returning and breaking the deadlock.

I don't think more punching will force him to "man up". He should have at least from Tieria and all the battles so far, that he must make a decision to stay if he is going to "save" Louise, if a opportunity comes for a "better judgment".

Why haven't we seen any Federation Army action so far? The staff is making it look like that A-Laws is bigger than the regular Fed army. A-Laws had 6 space cruisers guarding Memento Mori with a bunch of squadron of MS and 3 other cruisers that they sent to destroy CB's base that still haven't gotten back yet. Does the Fed Army even have a space fleet? And what the hell does the regular army besides conduct rescue missions for missing A-Laws personal and sit and watch while A-Laws fires their fancy space weapon?

They probably have more military. A-Laws control more aspects than the Federation, so the degrading position is all it can do now. So, doing nothing would be the perfect way for Federation Army to get any excuse to follow under them.

A laws answer only to the Federation and besides I think they were given orders to guard some areas to prevent reporters from entering and even Sergei was given a gag order about the Seel wiping
