If someone has the fault of this mess is the one who created the poll, seriously, who in the world puts Gekota, Hino and the Black guy from Hawaii in a poll!? Are they fucking retard? They're only third rate characters and the pet of the series for god's sake...

They needed random character to feed autistic trools so Mikoto don't win.

Also, Gekota surpassed Mikoto.

Japanese polls have always allow every single character in them.

Just look at Saimoe and you'll see that even nameless extras can be voted.

So what I don't understand is why people would mess with the polls and get random characters popular? Why not Touma or Accelerator, or Misaka...?

the 103.000 limit is for something... (google translate said : Message card, dunno though) but that 'something' is not the new series.

(so Hino Jinsaku would only be the main character if at 10th Of October he rank the first)

Shouldn't it clearly count as a... mess-up, or does Kamachi not believe in coincidences? He only believes in bad luck that is especially cruel to some people

Anyway it reminds me a bit of a beauty contest in a newspaper in my country.
Some people decided that the ugliest one should win and spread the idea all around FB.
She "won" but the redactors in the end erased her entry and let the most beautifull one win..

I do not know what is Japanese for normal. I would assume it would mostly be about the daily life of Saten since I feel Kagaku is associated with high level espers. (Mikoto now Accelerator) Note, I'm only talking about title.
