Can anyone give a summary of vol 2 since thats where the current manga chapter is in.

There are minor summary and spoilers in the thread. Search for it. There isn't much discussion yet so the number of pages you need to look at isn't that much.

IMO, I'm pretty satisfied with manga at moment. Even if someone did start doing the LN now it would just end up taking a long time to cover what's already been scanlated like most LN translations.

Compared to past irregular releases, we are lucky to getting anything at all.

You mean a complete summary? there isn't any complete summary. Only minor summary and spoilers. Even in Jcafe only has few bits of it.

I also want to know. Like what I said in the last few post. The cliffhanger is killing and the waiting turned longer but there haven't any spoiler on what happen next from novel readers.

Sigh, this is getting repetitive. Like I keep saying I already know that. No harm in asking, who knows, maybe someone might respond. Maybe the reason why there's no spoilers is because no one asked for them.

Anyways, going back on topic, does anyone know the release intervals between volumes?

Its sporadic... They usually release it with the other mangas as well by that certain scanlation group/s.

Oh no, I meant the light novels. Volume 9 was recently released so I was wondering when was the most likely when 10 would come out?

yes.

The fastest is 3 months interval. I haven't heard a 2 months interval though I might be mistaken. I can't remember the release interval for WW III index arc but the release for that time, if I remember it right is the fastest I remember.

But usually 3-4 months for fast release books.

Hoo boy. I can give it a shot, though its just from spoilers.

First is Tsumiki: She wants to be a cook (

). Her family owns a restaurants and she either just wants to help or really likes cooking. I dunno, it wasn't clear. Unfortunately for her culinary ambitions, she sucks at cooking. She hardcore sucks at cooking. Remember Himeji from BakaTest and Sera from KoreWaZombie? Pft, amateurs. Their cooking is at the mere level of killing its eaters. Tsumiki's is more like "Summon Cthullu... and kill him with food poisoning." Anyway, she meets Rekka and by dint of her story he becomes her taste tasting Guinea pig (I think each story makes him immortal outside of plot events, so he can't die from her cooking. Or you know, rule of funny) And.... thats it. Not really sure what else her story adds, which is why I did her first: The other two are connected.

First, the antagonist (gasp). Behemoth. Created by God (big G) as the strongest creature he grew arrogant in his mighty *snip* and God said "you're an ass, here's a hole" and sealed him (God didn't actually say that). Any way, that's where Ria comes in. Ria is the Leviathan (omg spoilers) and she was created as the new most powerful creature in the world, but also gave her a sweet personality (I think? That's what the spoilers said and she doesn't go nuts like Behemoth, but she gives Rekka some distinctly predatory looks....) Anyway, she got lonely and Behemoth tricked her into jail breaking him. And then he stuck her in the seal (lousy first date, much?).

This is a problem for Detra, the chief of the people God told to watch the seal Apparently the author forgot the "omnipresent, omniscient" part of God, big G. And the "Omnipotent" part, since Ria busted his seal pretty fast. Eh, not like it was the Christian God in the first place. Anyway, the people in charge of the seal basically had life handed to them on a silver platter for the past somebignumberhere years while watching the seal (seriously, did they just ignore Ria opening it and getting stuffed in by Behemoth?) So Detra realizes something is wrong with the seal, but the others don't really care, since they became a bunch of lazy pigs along the road. So she goes on her own to figure it out.

Those are the three stories in that volume. Now, from what I gathered from the manga Raws, Behemoth somehow tricks Detra and Rekka into breaking the seal and fully releasing him. A Magical Girl costume is involved. Rekka wears it. Many laffs are had. Behemoth blows Ria's guts out her back. Wait, what? Yeah, there's a big gap in the RAWs at the moment, so that was literally how my information flow went.

Anyway, in the end (Behemoth loses, obviously) Ria and Detra become waitresses at Tsumiki's shop. Why? Because sexy girl in waitress uniforms, thats why. The End.

More specifically, Spoiler for Vol 2: The situation with the Detra? (the underground girl who's eyes glow). From the raws and what I pieced together from the earlier posts, her situation seems to be the drive of the arc. It also seems to involve Tsumiki? (cook girl) and Ria? (Leviathan girl)
