Couple animes

Just wondering, most romance anime just ends whenever the main couple finally gets hooked so, there's a series that just keep going or is based on an already established couple?

Thank you!

Itazura na Kiss- they get together about halfway through
Spoiler:
Aishiteru ze Baby - they get together well before the end; the romance isn't really the focus but it's significant
Kare Kano - they get together fairly early on
Lamune - they aren't really "officially" boyfriend/girlfriend, but they're tied at the hip the whole anime and everyone treats them like a married couple... a couple without explicitly saying it, though they do by the end

Kimi ga Nozumu Eien is mostly focused on times where the main character is in a relationship with either of the two girls, though things are even more tragic and angsty than in your normal unrequited love. There is a series of OAV with an alternative path and ending that is a lot more lighthearted.

Kareshi Kanojo ni Jijou moves pretty fast on the part where the two main characters become an item. Unfortunately while the start is awesome the anime becomes a trainwreck afterwards mainly because Anno (yes that Anno) left the project midway.

Monogatari series The main character hooks up with one of the many female characters he is involved pretty soon in the first series. He remains adamantly faithful to her subsequently although he still messes around with the other girls (and sometimes he goes way overboard). Still the series isn't much focused on the couple and while there are several moments of them together for the most part it focuses on the mystery/horror cases and the interactions with the other characters.

Sword Art Online
The story is mainly focused on the virtual world and its struggles and it takes a while before the two main characters hook up, but then there are quite a few episodes that are exclusively about them and the time they spend together almost as if they were a married couple.

Nodame Cantabile
it's a romance story with a strong focus on the scenario of classic music schools and prodigies. The first series concludes when the two main characters become a couple, but then it continues with more episodes. The problem is that you rarely see the two of them together even then.

REC - The couple meet in the first episode.

Cross Game - The couple are childhood friends who both love baseball and are ace pitchers. This story fits the "getting together at the end" dynamic, but they are together a lot before then.

Oh! Edo Rocket - The couple meet in the first episode. Their relationship has romantic overtones, but these are not expressed during the show.

Toshokan Sensou and Planetes - Both are "senpai" relationships like that in Nodame. Planetes especially meets your requirements.

CLANNAD and its second season are fairly good ones. The Monogatari series also does this, but as someone else mentions it doesn't really focus on that relationship much past the first season.
